  After living at Ashlar flats for the last 3 years, I have nothing but good things to say about my time living here. I recently bought a house, so unfortunately my time had to come to an end. From the hospitality of the office staff, to the quick responsiveness of the maintenance personnel, this was a great place to call home. I rarely had any issues, but if I did they were handled professionally and timely. The complex itself is up-to-date and situated in a pretty area, not to mention minutes from I-270. I will always remember my time here fondly. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an affordable, well-managed, and comfortable place to live!

  I’ve rented apartments for many years, and this management team is by far the best I’ve ever worked with! Audrey, Chris, Peta, and the maintenance crew are always professional, patient, and understanding. Every interaction, whether for routine maintenance or general questions, has been handled quickly and thoughtfully. The management team goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued, and it truly makes this community feel like home. This is such an outstanding team they have here. Audrey, Chris, Peta, and the maintenance crew deserve every bit of recognition! Truly a class act.

  The office management staff is one of the best apartment staff I've had the pleasure to work with. With my lease coming up for renewal, I needed to look at downsizing. Peta has been fantastic in helping me pick the right apartment to transfer to so I can stay within the community. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for my needs has made me grateful. I'm so happy to be able to stay here thanks to Peta's help.
