  We built our house here in Willow Hills, and the backyard grass never fully grew in. When we tried to get Ryan Homes to address it during our first year, they completely shut us down and told us it wasn't covered under warranty. But now I’m finding out that multiple neighbors had the exact same issue and Ryan Homes fixed theirs. Why the double standard? I’ve called to ask why we were told one thing while others got help, and I've been totally ghosted. It’s been a week with zero callbacks. Meanwhile, our yard is a safety hazard. It’s so full of rocks that my two kids and dog can’t even run around. If we try to dig them up, it leaves massive holes that are broken ankles waiting to happen. Honestly, as a minority in this neighborhood, being ignored while everyone else gets their yard fixed makes me feel like we aren't being taken seriously because of who we are. I just want a safe yard for my kids and dog and a callback.

  I recently worked with Derrick at the Willow Hills community, and I cannot recommend them enough! From our very first meeting, they were incredibly helpful and transparent. Building a home can feel overwhelming, but Derrick took the time to explain the process, walk me through the site layouts, and clearly break down the pricing and builder incentives without making me feel pressured.
