  I’ve lived here 2 years now and I love the community and my neighbors. The leasing office has always been helpful. Very quiet. Working from home and getting my masters has been so easy living here. Communication is key when you need help.

  This has been, by far, the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I feel it's important for prospective tenants to know about my experience. First, many of the positive reviews may not reflect residents' genuine opinions. The property manager, Presica, offered incentives such as discounted rent or even a free month's rent in exchange for leaving a positive review. We also experienced a serious rodent issue. After hearing scratching noises in the walls throughout the night , we repeatedly requested that management investigate. Initially, our concerns were dismissed. Once maintenance finally placed traps in the closet and attic, multiple mice were caught, confirming the infestation. After we continued to raise the issue, Presica became upset and told us that if we didn't like how the property was being managed, we could leave. When we contacted a pest control company on our own, they also came out to inspect the apartment and state Towne properties is already aware of the infestation. Safety has also been a major concern, it has been There have been numerous cars broken into with little to none action has been taken to improve security. The property is always littered with trash, especially around the dumpsters, and the common areas are often dirty and have unpleasant odors. there has also been heavy drug activity in the parking lot. The laundry facilities are unreliable, with the washers and dryers frequently out of service. my neighbors have complained about extensive mold in his apartment. work orders disappearing. When we questioned Presica about the deleted work orders, she became defensive and unprofessional. Worst experience I have ever had.

  I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment complex is comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. It’s the kind of place where you can come home after a long day and actually relax. The neighbors are respectful, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it feel safe and welcoming. The management has been professional and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, and the property is kept clean and in good condition. Overall, it’s an amazing place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet community.

  I love my apartment! The process was so easy. Prisca was amazingggg, she worked with me and I was able to get approved and moved in within 3 days.
