  Do not waste your time; Find a different broker. Frank lacks professionalism, care, and basic respect for his clients. He does not know what he is doing, frequently going back on his word. His communication skills are abysmal, as touched upon by another reviewer. In a business where time is of the essence, you will often go days without hearing from Frank and will have to reach out yourself. Not to mention that if there are more than one of you on the loan (ex. spouses), Frank will decide he only wants to speak with one of you and will ignore the other's calls and texts. He is also not one who will admit his mistakes and move forward; he will beat a dead horse for ... ego reasons perhaps? and attempt to make you feel guilty for wasting his time. All of this to say, maybe you will get lucky with Frank. I do personally know two people who have had fantastic experiences with Frank. He got them loans when it didn't seem that it could happen and gifted them beautiful closing gifts. But, regardless of my own experience with him, I also know that he has been at fault for someone else's home falling through the day before closing. As a professional, you cannot pick and choose who to give your all to and who to let down immensely. Don't take the risk.

  C & G is a great mortgage company. They jump through the hoops to service the loans. Straight dealers when it comes to associated costs. Highly recommend!
