  Current resident. Love living here but I’m writing this review because I’m so tired of hearing “did you go on portal” anytime I call for something. My air conditioning went out so I called and the first thing they say is “did you ask for a request on portal” like NO that’s why I’m calling you. Bee hive was coming in through my wall that I didn’t know about and they ask me to fill out a request on portal…If they ask to go on portal for something one more time I’m gonna lose my mind. Seems like picking up a phone is so hard when that’s their job.

  I have lived at Hunters Lake for five years, and I recently moved from a second-floor apartment into a first-floor apartment. I can honestly say that this experience has far exceeded my first experience with the management team. My recent experience with Jody, the Property Manager, and the entire Hunters Lake management team has been very positive. They have been professional, courteous, and responsive throughout the entire process. Communication has been clear, and they have consistently been willing to answer my questions and address any concerns in a timely manner. I especially appreciate their professionalism and their willingness to work with residents. It is reassuring to know that questions and concerns are taken seriously and handled with respect. Overall, I would definitely recommend living at Hunters Lake. The management team has made my recent experience a very positive one, and it is comforting to know that residents can count on a reliable, professional, and caring team.

  Was moving back home from home almost 4 hours away and the staff (Kelly and Hailey) made everything easy and was very understanding, and simply just so kind! The home is great and spacious although for the space I wish the half bathroom was down stairs instead of on the same floor for a two bedroom but it works. Had a few small hick ups since the move in but they were on it quickly. Clean, plenty outdoor space for pets, pool is clean and kept up very well! the only thing I wish they had was a community email to send information etc but overall 10/10 recommend

  Spent A nice Father's day afternoon here .Grills work great had a family picnic..saw a beautiful heron.Nice walking paths,& it's a cheerful and clean place!

  Kelly was wonderful to work with while showing us an apartment at Hunter Lake. She was friendly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. Kelly made the entire process easy and comfortable, providing helpful information and making sure we felt informed every step of the way. Her professionalism and genuine care were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a positive and stress-free experience!
