  Was moving back home from home almost 4 hours away and the staff (Kelly and Hailey) made everything easy and was very understanding, and simply just so kind! The home is great and spacious although for the space I wish the half bathroom was down stairs instead of on the same floor for a two bedroom but it works. Had a few small hick ups since the move in but they were on it quickly. Clean, plenty outdoor space for pets, pool is clean and kept up very well! the only thing I wish they had was a community email to send information etc but overall 10/10 recommend

  Spent A nice Father's day afternoon here .Grills work great had a family picnic..saw a beautiful heron.Nice walking paths,& it's a cheerful and clean place!

  Kelly was wonderful to work with while showing us an apartment at Hunter Lake. She was friendly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. Kelly made the entire process easy and comfortable, providing helpful information and making sure we felt informed every step of the way. Her professionalism and genuine care were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a positive and stress-free experience!

  I have recently signed a lease with Hunters Lake! Throughout the process of retrieving information and touring the apartment, Kelly was a wonderful help. She was knowledgeable, kind, and confirmed all of the wonderful things I had heard about their complex!

  I have, unfortunately, been dealing with the leasing ladies here for a month or so. I wanted to move here, but they wanted me to sign a lease for a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse for $100 more than some of their 2 bed 2 full bath townhomes?? And when I voiced my frustrations I get a bunch of bs. They will not listen to my wants and they will just do whatever they want. Be careful.
