  When I moved here, it was a mess and new management was coming in. Lulu is a great Management member and the leasing agents are really nice and helpful. Nothing’s ever going to be perfect, but it is a blessing to have support from strangers.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Working with Evelyn was hands-down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a leasing agent. From the very beginning, she treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care (even my daughter who is shy and stand offish with new people loved her right away) —something that is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare these days. Moving and apartment hunting can be stressful, confusing, and overwhelming, but Evelyn made the entire process feel effortless. No question was too small, no concern was brushed aside, and she always took the time to make sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. What stood out most was how much she truly seemed to care about helping us, rather than just doing her job. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Evelyn was a breath of fresh air. Her professionalism, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression on us. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did and can honestly say this experience exceeded our expectations in every way. Great leasing agents are hard to find, but Evelyn is exceptional. Thank you to all “The Retreat” staff for making what could have been a stressful process such a positive and memorable one!

  I love this place and the experience we had with the entire office. Evelyn specifically was fantastic throughout the entire leasing process. She was professional, knowledgeable (like bilingual?? cmon wow.) and always quick to answer any questions I had. She made everything easy to understand and helped ensure the process went smoothly from START to FINISH. Her friendliness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful process much more enjoyable. I truly appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend working with Evelyn to anyone looking for a great leasing experience. Don’t hesitate to try the retreat out. Negative old reviews are just that. Old. Have an open mind, patience and open heart to this wonderful new management.
