  Let me tell you all about these apartments NOW!! FIRST thing to do is Don't think about the bad news of these apartments anymore, they are no where near what they used to be... and if you know me and my story please take my word. Beautiful updated apartments with WASHER AND DRYERs and the City fix the plumbing over here so no more flooding like the past ,and the CRIME RATE will be so low and the SECURITY will be so High here a squirrel won't even be able to steal a nut for another Squirrel🤣😅😂 They are being ran by these great people KEVIN AND BRANDY Easy to work with and will tell you what you need to do to be apart of this up coming beautiful community!!🥰

  The experience I’ve had with this property has been amazing. The process was easy and my experience was seamless, from the application process to approval I was very satisfied. I experienced some personal issues during the application process and Kevin and Brandy were amazing working with me. When it was time to move in everything was explained in detail, I was able to tour the property twice and I was amazed with all of the upgrades. Since moving in I’ve felt safe and the staff has been amazing. I would definitely refer this property to others because the changes that have happened are amazing.

  I been here for about 8 mouths now the front office is and have been a big help in me and my kids new home Kevin/brandy are the best I will tell people I meet that looking for a new home this is a good place not like the past it really better then the old apartment complex... The new lay out and the care that put in to make it a different way to live I give the office a big 🎉🔥💯 thank you guys

  What i am going to say is my own personal opinion and experience my home was bugs infection and mouse ants it started around middle of November of last year they did spray but it kept getting worse each time they spray my downstairs furniture got effect by the roaches earlier last week I had to trash everything out took it to the junk yard my furniture was bring new i didn't want to say to much way I was disappointed i broke my lease and left one day I was cooking and roache was under the burner on top of the stove I didn't feel comfortable to eat meal had to go eat out it shouldn't had not been. Reopened most of people who use to live there won't report what they see because they are desperate to move back in most recent pictures didn't won't to put all of them do your research before moving in
