I was forced to coordinate a large move and search for a great apartment from another state. Brooke, the leasing agent, was beyond accommodating and incredibly kind and helpful given my long distance lease hunt. She went above and beyond to ensure my deliveries were safely placed in my new apartment prior to my arrival. I truly feel like she heard my needs, and offered exceptional customer service. If you are looking for an apartment in Columbus Ohio from another state, I would seriously consider this rental community.
