Raymel (forgive my botched spelling of his name if I got it wrong) of the maintenance team, was exceptionally professional, polite, well spoken and understanding of our multiple little issues when we first moved in and addressed them all in a timely & upfront manner. We have also had the occasion to run into Rodney a few times and he is also very friendly, professional and informative, both gentleman have been outstanding & commendable employees to us.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Lane for the past few months! The location is excellent, the apartments are modern and well maintained, and having restaurants and shops within walking distance is a huge plus. The building feels safe and comfortable, and the staff has always been friendly and responsive. Definitely a great place to live in the Upper Arlington/OSU area!

We just recently moved into The Lane Apartments. The move in was very smooth, thanks to Beca, the Leasing Consultant. She was amazing every step of the way. She was always there when I had questions and when I needed help. The apartment is very nice and in close proximity to many shops and restaurants. Overall an outstanding experience!
