This is an update to my previous review. Not a bad place to live. Maintenance staff is excellent. The office staff did a great job handling my issue and resolving it.

Sorry I left a review on this website . It was the wrong cover. The cove apartments my son was at was in Westerville Ohio . At coopers lake old Providence road not these apartments. We’ve never been here but I will say they responded ASAP to my complaint to try and resolve it which is very impressive . Thank you to Michelle who was so kind and I want to clarify we had no experience with these apartments. But I rated them a 5 because she quickly and kindly adddressed our complaint.

I highly recommend The Cove to anyone looking for a welcoming, safe home. I cannot thank Michelle enough for being the kindest and most accommodating property manager. She always made us feel heard & helped with anything we needed.

As a vendor who supports this complex, I have had a very positive experience working with their team. They handle resident requests efficiently and make sure we have what we need to get the job done right. Their commitment, organization and follow through is what makes this a great community!

While looking for an apartment in Canal Winchester, I ran across The Cove. After visiting and meeting the staff I knew this was the place for my family. Michelle was very nice and professional. I know that I'm going to love it here.
