    I’ve had a great experience here. The community is well maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. Definitely a place I would recommend to others looking for a new home.

    For 3 weeks I have been trying to get my A/C fixed at my unit and not once has anyone responded to my service request. I have been to the office twice and called multiple times. It is now 87 degrees outside and I still do not have A/C. This is urgent/emergency level request now, and they are still ignoring my issue.

    Serenity and Tori were absolutely amazing. I had a grouping of the most terrible service requests you could have alone but all mine happened at the same time. In the beginning getting a point of contact who could give me something other than what I could already see was challenging. Once I was able to speak to serenity she jumped into action and had someone at my door that day for one of the issues. Tori made sure to keep me updated and communicated expectations and next steps clearly and effectively. Without these two I was reconsidering resigning my lease for a 4th year. Once my issues were resolved they even honored the original lease agreement amount that had since expired while waiting on completion of maintenance. Overall made the worst 2-3 weeks of this year so far bearable with hope of success to come. Thanks again! Ps I know you thought I forgot ;)

    Would give zero stars if I could. Maintenence breaks just as much as they fix- if they decide to show up. If they decide not to work that day- it will be marked complete with no work done. Leasing office tried to tell me an issue was fixed when I worked from home- and no one stopped by. Best part was- the leasing manager so confidently sent me pictures of someone else's apartment (not the same layout) trying to prove a maintenance man was there. Apparently maintenance men take selfies in the wrong apartments after doing no work. This past January (2026) brought a lot of snow & the maintenance manager told me they had over 100 units with a roof leak. Took them MONTHS to fix because they wont work in the snow. We had gallons of water running through all floors of our townhome. They patched a small section of roof and painted over the water stains. No new carpet. No check to see if the walls/floors were damaged. Expect mold or maybe carpet mushrooms. Place was filthy upon move in, holes in the walls, bug (fruit fly) infested, busted windows. Not up to city of columbus code- wont fix anything even after calling the city. Live literally anywhere else. Good luck!

    Moved in a few weeks ago and the washing machine still doesn't work. They refuse to fix what frankly should be a simple fix and instead claim it works "perfectly" without even coming out to check (it doesn't work trust me I hate going to the laundromat lol). Speaking with others it seems this type of thing is not out of the normal for this complex. It's also worth noting that it's very difficult to speak with a human here and communication on maintenance requests is done through a buggy app, an llm chatbot, or a noreply email. Edit based on response: I reached out directly weeks ago by making the maintenance request. As of now no one has contacted us about this request or made any effort to fix the washer. We have called numerous times to no avail. Please don't pretend the onus is on us to "reach out" at this point.
