  We've been here for almost a year and nothing as been good. 3 bedrooms and a rent way too much expensive for what they're giving you lol, dogs will pee in front of your house. Bills during Christmas time are expensive like crazy even when you don't use the heat ($600-$700). When we first got here, there were still cans of paint in the house; they stayed there for two weeks and the front of the house was littered with trash everywhere. Also the people working at the office think you're stupid especially when you don't have a good English, we asked for pest control because we had MOUSE in the house also ants, centipedes, millipedes and so much other insects. The guy for the pest control told us he went around the whole house, but we've cameras and guess what? He didn't even went upstairs then when we went there to complain about it and they had the nerve to tell me he went around the whole house. Those people are selling you a dream not even true, just stealing you're money for no reason !

  We’ve lived here for 5 years and are leaving next month. We have had great neighbors, love our location, but maintenance and lack of communication is a huge issue here. We’ve had multiple bug problems, water damage, a severely broken window that has yet to be fixed (fire hazard), and randomly tacked on fees. Our external lights have been out for 7 months and we’ve been ghosted about it. They said it was “our responsibility” to plow the parking lot (it’s not) during the huge snow storm, so it was impossible to get out. The pool is nice when it’s open, and the gym is great when the treadmills work. Painting-wise, you get the landlord special where instead of patching or fixing something they just paint over it but I think that’s typical. If I was looking for a new apartment, I’d move elsewhere in a similar location.

  NEVER EVER MOVE HERE! This is the worst place that I have ever lived. My partner and I lived here for 4 years, so we’ve seen a lot of changes here. Their communication, maintenance, and customer service skills are so atrocious that I’d never recommend this place to another soul. Our living room walls were all filled with moisture. So much that one wall could be indented with as much as a finger push. The entire front room would flood on heavy rain or after snow. The office was always contacted and they would act concerned only to never arrive to fix anything. The A/C didn’t work for the last month of the past summer and maintained refused to fix it. Offering us a single “space cooler” for a two bedroom unit. They sent us a 24-hour notice for painters coming to paint over our leaking ceiling after marking the maintenance request as complete and “installed new ceiling”. The notice was for Monday. A random man with no identification or company logos knocked my door on Thursday. They charged us because I didn’t let this random man into my unit. 3 of my neighbors housed groups of painters. Why would I allow a random unidentifiable person into my house?
