  awful communication. doesnt care about their tenants or health risks associated with serious water damage and mold. no privacy either. flock cameras on every corner and creepy men allowed in the pool wearing meta glasses to record you and your children. everything is answered through AI and you could have an open EMERGENCY maintenance case for weeks or even months but everyone you talk to will act clueless about it because they ARE. id give 0 stars if i could.

  I put in a maintenance request July 9th for my dryer not working. No one ever looked at it and its still not working. This is after I've made several calls and attempts to see when this would be fixed, nothing but that you'll have to wait your turn, service request go in order. Ok almost a month later I worked from home on on August 7th I received a notification that the dryer repair was complete LOL How!!! I'm sitting right in the house with the dryer that is not working, went to check just for the heck of it and yes its not working because its never been looked at or repaired. So I had to put another request in for the dryer that same day. I keep emailing the office from the portal and I guess no one will ever respond or fix the dryer. Mind you I'm in a unit with the rent including washer/dryer. At this point I can only assume they are refusing to fix the dryer. I've tried to be patient but its going on 3 months with no dryer. I seen review here where it took them 10 weeks or months to fix that persons their washer/dryer.

  I just move here 4 month ago, one of my windows need's to be fix and my washer just die on me, I reported the window about a month ago, and the the washer maybe 2 weeks ago, because the window is considered an emergency item, after going into the office and talking to one of the reps, she advice me to call the emergency maintenance number , I followed her instructions and the window still broken, my washer could be an easy swapped but no one has yet called, text, or email me to tell me when either item will be fixed or replace, Don't give me wrong the staff are great, they have great customers services, but I think for the size of this apartment complex, they should have more people in the maintenance crew or demand more out of them.

  While my boyfriend and I have not moved into this place (yet), I wanted to shoutout Cynthia who works at the leasing office. She went above and beyond today on providing information about our potential future apartment, as well as answering any questions we had. The leasing office and the amenities are beautiful, and the apartment we looked at was a great layout with large bedrooms. It was such a pleasure working with her, and we hope to work with her again soon!
