Just horrible! If I could give them a zero, I would. I lived there more than 8 years. Nothing was ready on the move in date; holes on the walls, leaking ceiling, outdated cabinets that had doors falling out, cracked window, non working washer and a dryer that would take hours to dry clothes!
The management focuses on making the lawns look nice and inviting, don't be fooled. Once you sign the lease and stay a few months thats when you will realize you made a huge mistake! The Electric bill during winter and summer are extremely high; $500 + a month when I was living all by myself! My car was broken into 3 times.
Then there is the pests; mice and roaches that just never went away! My apartment had holes in the pantry and closets that let mice in all year round. Upon complaining, I was given 2 mice traps that caught nothing! I had to buy glue that would catch 4 to 5 mice every single day! Every other week, you are forced to clear items on cabinets, under sinks, countertop for months! It gets tiresome because the pests never go away and you will immediately be charged $100 for forgetting to clear all areas!!
The new management is horrible! Tessa acts nice and sweet to entice you to sign the lease. She sent me Emails urging me to renew my lease, I chose not to. That's when I found out how ugly and vindictive she becomes when I decide not to renew my lease! She sent me a bill of more than $2000! She even had the nerve to charge me an extra $250 for "pests" after I moved out! The whole apartment complex is infested!!
Again, don't be fooled by how the lawn and inside apartments look. Every single one of my friends has moved out; mostly because of the pests and huge bills.
Only good thing is Lenny, the maintenance guy, he showed up and fixed whatever needed fixed on time.

I am genuinely shocked that this property has a rating above 1 star because my experience was nothing close to what those reviews describe. I’m sure that they’re still having their raffles as tickets-can only be put in if you leave a positive review. So if this is still the case for this facility it is distastefully shameful.
This was my first apartment as an adult, and as a single mother, I was hopeful that it would be a place where I could build stability. Instead, it became the most stressful living situation I’ve ever experienced.
My apartment was less than 700 square feet, and although the advertised rent was $1,149, the actual monthly cost was much higher after fees and additional charges. By the time everything was added, I was paying around $1,280 per month not including a pet. If rent was late, the balance would increase significantly, making it $1,341.
The property had constant issues. I dealt with roaches on occasion, mice during the winter months, mold in the bathroom due to poor refurbishing and ventilation, and appliances that would break down and take far too long to be repaired. For the amount residents are expected to pay, the quality of maintenance was disappointing.
Safety was another major concern. My car was broken into multiple times while living here. I witnessed 2 police raids from my apartment window, and the surrounding neighborhood often felt unsafe. It was difficult to feel comfortable or secure, especially as a single mother raising a child.
What frustrates me most is looking back and realizing how little value residents receive for the price. I now live in a renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse with basement in a much better area. My rent is only slightly higher at $1,465 which includes pet rent, and my utility bills are significantly lower than what I paid here which was at $234 monthly higher especially during the winter months. Whereas now 175! The difference in quality of life is night and day.
Prospective tenants should do thorough research, visit the property at different times of day, ask current residents about their experiences, and carefully review all fees before signing a lease.
My advice is simple: don’t settle. There are better options available. We all deserve nice things in life. Think of your future! I feel bad for the uneducated, the struggling families or even those who come here after leaving their country. This apartment complex is the hood. They legally robbed me and sadly this is how many people get ahead. Places like this steal from the poor and give to the rich. before moving in do your research! I had to sign my lease before I even saw my apartment simply because I did not know any better! Should’ve known it was a trap.
Good luck and God Bless You!

Beware of berryeesa!!! If I could give this 0 stars I would. If u plan on staying here for longer then a year no problem they will not renew your lease anyway and if u want a reason why too bad you're not getting one lol! On top of 6 month wait for a/c. Management doesn't care and maintenance is a joke! If u miss pest control 100 dollars please. Still have a saggy ceiling in the bathroom that's still NEVER fixed!! They actually did us and favor and im doing u one.
I’ve had a really great experience living in this two-bedroom apartment. The space is one of my favorite things about it—it’s very spacious, and the layout makes it feel even bigger and comfortable to live in. Everything was clean and well-maintained when I moved in, which made settling in easy.
There were a few minor fixes needed at the beginning, but maintenance handled everything quickly and efficiently. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed or looked at, they respond fast and get the job done right. That kind of reliability really makes a difference.
I also appreciate how affordable it is, especially considering the quality of the apartment. The upgrades throughout the unit give it a modern and updated feel, which I didn’t expect at this price point.
Overall, it’s a great place to live—clean, spacious, affordable, and supported by a responsive maintenance team. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept apartment
