  I moved into The Beeker last month, and I’ve had a great experience so far! Laura Burns was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, from touring and applying to moving in. I had lots of questions, and she always answered them quickly and thoroughly. The building is extremely clean and secure, and the location is great. I also had a few maintenance requests when I moved in, and aside from one issue with my dryer, everything was addressed very quickly. I’m very happy with my decision to live here and would definitely recommend it!

  Getting set up with this apartment was a breeze, with Laura's help. She was intentional about reaching out before and after the tour, providing all the information I needed to make a sound decision. The apartment was clean and ready to go, and so far, I've had no issues. I would highly recommend the Borror Property Group for your rental needs!

  Lived here 2 years. Good location, close to lots of fun restaurants & bars but the intersection (5th & Summit) can be loud at all hours of the day and night. This didn’t bother me but be aware if noise bothers you. (Sirens/loud cars/people yelling etc) Rooftop patio is nice. Wish there was a pool or gym though. Price is comparable to all others around. Underground parking garage door is frequently broken. Meaning u will have covered but unsecured parking. This was my biggest complaint! Also frequent fire alarm testing is annoying. Oh, and no good guest parking areas. However maintenance & leasing office people are very nice and quick to respond to any concerns.
