  I moved into The Beeker last month, and I’ve had a great experience so far! Laura Burns was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, from touring and applying to moving in. I had lots of questions, and she always answered them quickly and thoroughly. The building is extremely clean and secure, and the location is great. I also had a few maintenance requests when I moved in, and aside from one issue with my dryer, everything was addressed very quickly. I’m very happy with my decision to live here and would definitely recommend it!

  Getting set up with this apartment was a breeze, with Laura's help. She was intentional about reaching out before and after the tour, providing all the information I needed to make a sound decision. The apartment was clean and ready to go, and so far, I've had no issues. I would highly recommend the Borror Property Group for your rental needs!

  Don.t know what any one s expecting. Or complaining about. Must be new to the area. Hello! It.s E. 5th Ave! It's always been a war zone and a safety concern. .. And full of sirens. The area alone is cause for pause. This is an attempt at gentrification. So if you're gonna be the guinea pig, have at it, just beware.

  This building is owned by Borror, my actual review and opinion of this building and its management is posted on their google page. Recently the garage door to only parking garage for the residents of this building broke. Its been broken for over a week. On the first night it was broken my truck was broken in to. Someone broke the door handle off the outside of my passenger door to bypass the lock. The next day when i noticed what happened i contacted management. They said they COULD NOT ACCESS THEIR OWN SECURITY CAMERAS! They also offered nothing as far as payment to get my truck fixed. This is literally one of the worst property management teams I have ever seen.

  Will lie in their lease agreement and give false information about the apartment you are staying in, will charge you extra for things you didn’t ask for and will not respond to you emails, to name a few things wrong with this place. Do not rent from here.
