  This is my second time living here- I moved back to Columbus from Georgia and the Atlas was an easy choice ! Management is kind and attentive- I have so many wonderful things to say about Deborah! She truly made the move in process seamless, stress-free, and quickly resolves any issues that come up. Maintenance is kind, considerate , and quick. Truly an apartment that puts their residents first. Great apartments, incredible location, and I’ve always felt so safe! I truly love the building, management, and the other residents. The Atlas truly feels like home!

  The maintenance staff at the Atlas is phenomenal! Things happen at every apartment complex but the staff here handled my issue seamlessly. I had a water leak in the wall in middle of the night and they responded quickly. Through the process of managing the leak to patching up the wall, they kept me updated the entire process so I was on the same page as them. Not only are they super professional and really personable, they are highly skilled as well. You literally cannot tell where there was a huge chuck of missing drywall. 10/10 recommend!

  Mr. Williams is a phenomenal person! He is very courteous, intelligent, kind and a leader. He definitely understands customer service and is willing to help all of his tenants. The best apartments in downtown Columbus!!
