This is my second time living here- I moved back to Columbus from Georgia and the Atlas was an easy choice ! Management is kind and attentive- I have so many wonderful things to say about Deborah! She truly made the move in process seamless, stress-free, and quickly resolves any issues that come up. Maintenance is kind, considerate , and quick. Truly an apartment that puts their residents first. Great apartments, incredible location, and I’ve always felt so safe! I truly love the building, management, and the other residents. The Atlas truly feels like home!

Please note that my review ended up being too long, so I will include screenshots of my full review.
A month ago I scheduled a tour with Atlas Apartments. Manar was the leasing agent who took me on the tour. She was extremely knowledgeable and was so great at her job, I was excited to potentially call this my next home. As it was a bit early for me to sign a lease, she said she would reach out on the 15th with available apartments, and we would continue from there.
By the 15th, I had not heard from her. I thought it was no big deal, she probably forgot since she sees a lot of people for tours. I had some questions about the apartments, so I emailed the leasing agent email. An email was kicked back to me from AI. The AI didn't specify whether it would pass along my email to a human leasing agent, so I emailed Manar.
I never heard back from anyone, so I scheduled a second tour. I showed up for the tour (which was confirmed 2 hours before by email) but there wasn't a leasing agent on site. I thought maybe the agent went on lunch, so I waited for an hour. During that hour I had emailed the leasing agent email address (which kicked back a generic AI email), called the leasing agent phone number twice and had the AI send me to the leasing agent line both times. I left a voicemail the second time. I called the Crawford Hoying receptionist, in which nobody answered and the automated message said their voicemail box wasn't set up. I called the emergency maintenance number posted in the lobby and apologized to the kind lady who answered, but let her know I was there for a scheduled tour but nobody was here or answering. She was apologetic and said she would relay my message to the necessary parties. I continued to wait.
Towards the end of the hour, a very kind maintenance guy noticed I had been sitting in the lobby for awhile. I spoke to him and he let me know that there wasn't a leasing agent scheduled to be on site that day.
After this missed appointment and communication, nobody ever reached out. No apology or explanation.
Despite the lack of hospitality, I really wanted to pursue living here. I scheduled a third tour a little more than a week after they missed the second tour.
I showed up for the tour, attempted to use the butterfly system to let the agent know I was there, but it was broken. I pulled on the door to get the leasing agent's attention, and she let me in. The agent was kind, but not knowledgeable. She did make known that she was filling in because they were currently without an agent for Atlas. I was not confident in her answers for the questions I had about the units as she was very unfamiliar with the property. She had also shown me a unit that was "flipped" and ready to be leased, but the condition of the carpet and the smell of the unit was atrocious. In no way do I fault her for this, but the unit needs some tlc before being leased to someone. Had this been my initial tour, I would have immediately crossed it off my list.
Between the extreme communication issues and insufficient staffing, I was very leery about this property. But Manar's tour had been so wonderful that I couldn't stop thinking about it.
After doing tours with other properties, I decided I wanted to pursue living at Atlas Apartments. However, I wanted to see the exact unit I would lease before applying and signing, so I could see and smell it since the unit I was shown on my previous visit was gross.
I scheduled a fourth tour two weeks after my third. I arrived for my tour, attempted to use the butterfly system, but it was still broken. I called the leasing agent phone number, had the AI send me over to the leasing agent, but nobody answered. I pulled on the door a few times but nobody peered around to look. I could see that someone was in the office, so we knocked hard on the door to get their attention. A lady popped her head out and then she came around to open the door. She looked very hesitant, and asked what she could do for us. I let her know that I had a tour for that time and she said she had a lot of...
