  Poor management, car’s broken into and windows smashed. Bugs in the apartment. You’re charged 200$ a month for internet service that’s spotty at best and trash pick up outside your door that comes every other day or so, causing bad smells and animals going through your trash.

  During my tour today the property was beautiful and the community seems to be nice & quiet. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit was spacious, with up to date appliances and it was very clean. The property manager Brandie was very friendly & personable. She answered all of my questions and provided all the information i needed.

  Although they have no available units by the time I needed to move, the help and knowledge I received from Miss Tabatha was amazing! She was very knowledgeable of the property and made me feel so comfortable the entire time during our conversation. If you dont rent I would highly recommend just going to talk, lol . Beautiful soul.

  These slumlords received a notice that my grandmother of 80 years with stage four ovarian cancer had to move out due to obvious health issues. She is now unable to live on her own, and they are still trying to make her pay over 3,000 dollars for a “broken lease” On top of that she’s had to live with a roach infestation that was caused by negligent neighbors. Please run far away from this place, and the people running it!
