  I’ve really enjoyed my experiences with this apartment community. The staff has consistently been friendly and professional, and the property itself is attractive and well maintained. It’s one of those places that gives you a good impression from the moment you arrive.

  Dont live here, not worth the struggle. Cars are broken into all the time and its not their problem. Send out consolation emails saying its not their responsibility to provide security. 12 or 15 cars got broken into our move in week-end. Should have listened to the bad juju. They raise prices for garages because people dont want their cars broken into. Ive been charged twice for a technology glitch in their rent paying software and I was spoken to terribly rude when I tried to show evidence from my bank that its on their end. Had a leak in my ceiling and all they did was paint over it. Like they did before we moved in. Same leak, probably same issue. Never resolved. They reach out to see how they can help or fix things but its just for formalities. Every time things have been fixed I either walk away with an extra charge or a slumlord fix, clearly they dont care. Genuinely not worth living here I promise you anywhere else is better.

  A lot of my friends have lived in this luxury apartment. The location is amazing, because it is close to many great restaurants, groceries, and the highway. Their gym and public space are great with many great perks. Never heard of any complaint.

  Moved in a few months ago and love it! My roommate and I really love our space and the amenities are great but the people are even better. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

  This is such a wonderful place to live. The property is always well maintained, and you can truly tell they care about their tenants. Anytime something needs fixed, they handle it quickly and professionally. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We especially love Gianna, she always goes above and beyond! We would absolutely recommend Taylor House to our friends and family.
