  A lot of my friends have lived in this luxury apartment. The location is amazing, because it is close to many great restaurants, groceries, and the highway. Their gym and public space are great with many great perks. Never heard of any complaint.

  Moved in a few months ago and love it! My roommate and I really love our space and the amenities are great but the people are even better. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

  This is such a wonderful place to live. The property is always well maintained, and you can truly tell they care about their tenants. Anytime something needs fixed, they handle it quickly and professionally. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We especially love Gianna, she always goes above and beyond! We would absolutely recommend Taylor House to our friends and family.

  What I liked about the property: * The pool and amenities are very well done and enjoyable when usable * Maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently * The apartment unit itself was nice and met my expectations * Management was very nice and did actually try to handle any concerns. * They had really nice resident events and that is something I do really miss. Why I decided to move: * Primary reason: the neighbors and overall environment. When I toured, I was led to believe the community was mostly young professionals, but that was not my experience (it felt closer to under 10%). * Ongoing issues with irresponsible pet ownership, including unregistered dogs, excessive barking, and pet waste left in hallways. * The location felt unsafe at times, with frequent reports of car break-ins * The parking lot floods when it rains, which creates a real risk of vehicle damage * The community includes many families with children, which did not match what I was originally told or what I was looking for * Smoking is a constant issue—hallways often smell like weed or cigarettes, and residents (and even staff at times) smoke in or near shared spaces like the pool, making amenities unpleasant or unusable

  My wife and I have truly enjoyed our time living here at Taylor. The apartment itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and comes with great amenities that make everyday living enjoyable. One of the highlights for us has been the strong sense of community. It’s a welcoming and friendly environment that really makes this place feel like home. We’ve also been consistently impressed with the maintenance team—their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of service have been outstanding. Overall, our experience has been excellent, and we would absolutely recommend Taylor to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and well-managed place to live.
