    I don't think I've ever seen or heard of a property management company that has people's cars towed and basically STOLEN by their tow truck buddies as these people do. Those they steal from can't afford HUNDREREDS to get the car back, so they lose their property. How is that not theft when you don't even have the humanity or decency to let you tenants know their cars are going to be towed for minor things? Yes, I said TENANTS who live there, not just random strangers who park there. That being said, this would be one among many reasons that I would NEVER recommend anyone lease from this company. I also wonder if it is a certain demographic and age range they are doing this to on a regular basis. This sure seems to be the case from what I have been told from others. Absolute evil personified. The Ohio Attorney General will be hearing from me. The tow truck company you use has lots of lawsuits against them for reasons like I have described above. This company should too.

    I’ve lived here since March, and unfortunately my experience has been frustrating due to an ongoing maintenance issue that still has not been properly resolved. Our dryer has not worked correctly since we moved in, despite multiple work orders being submitted and maintenance coming out more than once. The issue is not that we haven’t reported it or given them time to fix it. We have. My roommate and I have put in several maintenance requests, had maintenance come by multiple times, and have gone to the office in person numerous times trying to get this handled. Each time, we’ve either been given vague answers, brushed off, or made to feel like the issue wasn’t being taken seriously. A working dryer is a basic part of the apartment we are paying for. Having to repeatedly follow up for the same unresolved issue for months is unacceptable. It has caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and made us feel like tenant concerns are only addressed on the surface instead of actually being fixed or as if we are the problem. I’m giving two stars because maintenance has at least come out and someone has acknowledged the problem, but the follow-through has been poor. At this point, we don’t need another temporary check or quick visit. We need the dryer properly repaired or replaced, and we need management to communicate clearly instead of leaving us to keep chasing answers. This situation has made it hard to feel confident in the management here. I hope they improve how they handle repeat maintenance problems, because residents should not have to keep begging for a basic appliance to work.

    I had an emergency maintenance request. Angel was the only call technician came within 30 minutes or less was very kind and very helpful. Got our issue resolved made us feel very happy to be a resident of sterling place.

    I’ve had a really good experience living at Sterling Place. The property is always kept clean, quiet, and well maintained. One thing that really stands out is the maintenance team — they are fast, professional, and always respectful whenever something needs to be fixed. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the property. The staff overall has been friendly and helpful, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Definitely one of the better apartment communities in the Columbus area!
