  I would give zero stars if possible. This is, without exaggeration, one of the most tenant-hostile experiences I’ve had. I gave a full 30 days’ notice before moving out, plenty of warning by any reasonable standard, and they still hit me with an ENTIRE extra month’s rent because their fine print buried a 60-day requirement. No grace period, no willingness to work with a tenant who was upfront and honest about moving out. If you’re considering this property, read every single clause of that lease before you sign, because they WILL enforce the most punishing interpretation possible and show zero flexibility when it costs them nothing to be reasonable. Management here cares about the contract, not the people living under it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
