  Would give no stars if I could. This place is horrible. Management and staff are rude. They charge you for everything and apartments are below average. They have so many hidden fees and will charge you for a million things they make up when you move out. Wilson Place on high street is way better quality. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

  Ruthie was so incredibly helpful when giving me a tour! She answered all of my questions and was so sweet. She was very knowledgable about the property as well. I also spoke with Olivia multiple times while dealing with my application and she was also very helpful and patient. Great team!

  The things that sold me on this apartment are the location, ample amenities, and beautiful furnished apartment. However what was actually received is a lot less. The location is the only thing earning the 2 stars yet is not worth the price. The management transferred this year and with it came big promises, however those have not been met. Furthermore the amenities we currently have are dwindling with not much hope in sight. The gym has had a broken cable since September severely limiting its functionality, also is frequently out of wipes for machines. The Elevator has had an alarm going off for multiple weeks, yet not acknowledgment from the staff or timeline of when it will be fixed. Additionally the door was broken for two weeks and is the first thing I have seen fixed. The complimentary coffee machine is frequently out of cups. The apartments are nice yet have pretty thin walls, anything happening on high street you will hear and your neighbors too. The apartment did not seem to be clean when we moved in with lots of dust and dings on the walls/marks on the furniture. The building maintenance team is extremely helpful in what they can control and are very responsive. This is marketed as a luxury apartment and while the prices continue to go up, the services provided have not. This is often accompanied by hostile communication like threatening to tow cars with a 1 day warning that the garage is being power washed (a $250/month parking spot), and eviction notices when the payment system posts late missing the auto-pay. If changes are made I will be happy to update my review however this is what I have seen after 6 months of living here.
