  Maintenance was very quick about coming and assessing the issue. CJ has been the one dealing with most of our problems and he has been great about getting everything in and fixed as fast as he could given the situation.

  Have had a great living experience so far. CJ from maintenance was very helpful. We had issue with our dryer and they replaced the entire unit. CJ was very quick and efficient with finding the problem and replacing it!

  Love living here! G is great and Milan is too! Awesome maintenance technicians that are kind, friendly, and happy to help. All the staff at Statehouse Norwich are great too, and it feels like a safe area to live. Move in day was easy thanks to the awesome staff :) and any maintenance requests I have had after move in have all been handled well!

  The first year I came here, it was all great and people were nice. But after that, it turned out to be worse. Seems like they changed a manager or some other decision makers. The entire efficiency is worse. The elevator took an excessively long time to fix, always out of cream in coffee place. I went to the printer room several times and always out of paper. The internet is very unstable and slow. The utility fees just suddenly become very high without any explanations and reasons. Attitudes of several workers in leasing office are careless and whatever. When i asked them questions, their answers will be "Oh i am new here idk" or "I am sorry about that but there's really nothing we can do". I was planning to continue to live here originally, but after the second year experience, i decided to move out.
