Love living here! G is great and Milan is too! Awesome maintenance technicians that are kind, friendly, and happy to help. All the staff at Statehouse Norwich are great too, and it feels like a safe area to live. Move in day was easy thanks to the awesome staff :) and any maintenance requests I have had after move in have all been handled well!

Wifi goes out 3 times a day and we had a period where we didn’t have running water.

Constant wifi issues to the point where you can't even do homework and the units are obviously overcrowded (singles are used for two people, double for four people, etc.)

Been here for 1 year and maintenance staff is awesome! Especially Garith. I submitted a maintenance request about a dead lightbulb and he came less than a hour later and fixed it within 5 minutes. I’ve never had to wait more than a day for any maintenance issue. They’re very on top of things.

It took half a day for them to fix our washer and have handled our other service requests extremely fast, they do a great job!
