Do not waste your money here. I have called multiple times about an animal clawing at my ceiling that keeps me up and they have not done anything. There has also been trash sitting in the hallway and trash rooms for weeks now that stinks. Also they don’t tell you but the gas and electric bill is AT LEAST another $150 on rent no matter how much you use. My bill was the same price over winter break when I wasn’t even there for a month. My shower is constantly clogging and I’ve had to spend a lot of my own money on drainer fluid because the one time I had maintenance do it, it worked for maybe a month. Not a great building sorry.

Save yourself the headache, for real Okay so I lived here for a whole year as a college student and I genuinely don’t know how this place is still in business because barely anyone lives here — and after my experience, I get why. First off, $1,700 a month is already a stretch for a student, but then they hit you with an extra $200 through their own utility company so you’re basically paying $1,900 for an apartment that is just… mid. Like nothing about it justifies that price. The furniture they give you is actually a joke. The couch alone almost put me in physical therapy. I stopped using it after a week. The Wi-Fi situation genuinely stressed me out. They switched providers mid-lease like it was supposed to be a favor, but the new service goes out constantly — we’re talking multiple times a day. I’m trying to submit assignments and attend online classes and I’m sitting here resetting my router like it’s a part-time job. You call the company, they do nothing. You call the office, they can’t do much either. And the emergency line? Called it when alarms were going off late at night. Nobody answered. As someone living alone that was actually scary not just annoying. The craziest part — I left for all of December into January and still got a high utility bill. For an empty apartment. Make it make sense. The front office people are honestly sweet and I don’t blame them at all. But whoever is running this place behind the scenes needs to do better. At $1,200 maybe I could look past some of it. At $1,900? Hard pass
