I had been back and forth for the last month with the two leasing agents that have since left and hadn't received any of my move-in paperwork or any sort of communication once I was approved, but the new leasing agent looked into it right away and assured me she'd get in contact ASAP, even though she said it was her first day. It was such a relief after the lack of response previously, since I had been excited to move-in and get everything taken care of. Please keep her around, she truly seemed like she cared and was wonderful to speak with!
