  I had a great experience touring the apartment with Nyesha. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the tour! She answered all of my questions and made the process feel easy and welcoming. I really appreciated her time and professionalism

  My experience was great, Shay was an outstanding hostess. She explained everything about the residence and amenities. She was very helpful and assisted me in making an informed decision. I'd give her and the Runaway Bay a 10/10.

  I’ve had a great experience living here! The community is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Management is friendly and responsive, and maintenance is always quick to help. Overall, it’s a welcoming place to call home—I highly recommend it!

  Highly recommend! The staff are very helpful and so friendly. The apartments are very nice and the pool is nicer. Maintenance was done in a prompt manner. The location is great and close to everything. Very happy with my experience here at Runaway Bay. Thanks

  This is a beautiful property with a great atmosphere. The grounds are kept clean, the common areas are well cared for, and the management team does an excellent job. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into making this a welcoming place for residents. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.
