  Nyisha was wonderful! The locationis great and apartment is nice, but they need updated the carpet is horrible and tore up. The hallway smells like trash all the time

  Helped someone in recovery move in here. It’s better than the streets. office staff are rude and avoid the tenants. Shootings, car break ins, hide parties and is very unsafe.

  As of right now it’s a 1 star. Since the start it’s been impossible to get ahold of the office. We are still “moving in” because they gave us an apartment that smelled of smoke and while that is the previous tenants wrongdoing they haven’t done anything to remedy it even though it was mentioned 3 weeks before we were to move in. When we came in and got the keys we went straight to the apartment and were immediately hit by the smell. We want to move into this complex as it seems to be a nice place but the smell is unbearable. Unfortunately our move in date was on a Saturday and we were left with no choice but to return the keys to avoid any ownership of the apartment as it’s not in the condition promised by the complex(smoke free). We are trying to work it out with them and maybe even having to move into a different unit but their property manager is out of the office for the week and our current lease ends by the end of the week. We’re screwed because of a mistake that shouldn’t have been made. Also only writing this terrible review with no resolution because they decided to send a text on how move in is going. Will amend if it’s resolved or make even worse if not.
