  7 months pool always closed they said needs new fob now they needs cameras is only open when the office is opened Sundays closed now 7 days no one could go in they need to fix gate really this is horrible very inconvenient what is taking so long I moved hear for the pool management in these apartment is Horrible no one gets back to you

  Awful leasing office. Make sure to read the fine print and fight them on everything because they WILL charge you for random things and claim them as valid. Truly the worst. Do not live here

  Place is Terrible. No customer service, no one answers the phone in the office, takes 12 months to get a garage, my car got stolen, my other car got towed 3 times for not having my parking sticker “ more down on my windshield” haha what a joke. Bunch of teenagers that scream and shout at 3am M-F. Car got broken into twice. Jeez this list can go on and on and on

  If I could leave this place no stars, I would. My entire experience living here has not been good. From moving in and our carpets smelling like urine to having to wait over six months for maintenance to even come to assess our appliance issues. Trying to get ahold of the office is almost impossible and when you do nothing really gets fixed. The amenities are what drew me in initially, but they don’t keep up with their cleaning. The water at the pool is almost always murky and the gym is sweltering hot with outdated equipment. They didn’t plow any of our spots this past winter and yet were towing people when they were able to find any sort of spot. They’ll turn your water off for the building without notice and will tell you the day rent is due that their online portal is down so you better figure out another method, otherwise they’re going to charge you a late fee. I’m moving out in a month and thank god for that but I know I won’t see any of my security deposit and at this point I couldn’t care less. This company only cares about money and don’t actually serve their residents. Sad as if my experience was pleasant, I probably would have stayed for multiple more years.

  on par with all the other reviews, this leasing team is the most incompetent and unorganized office I have ever come across. i would avoid leasing with them like the plague. they will refuse to hold accountability for their mistakes and charge you with invalid fees any chance they get. awful, awful, awful. oh… and if you put in a maintenance request, be prepared to physically have to visit the office about 4 times before it gets fixed. insane. i had never paid my rent late once or had any issues with any other place i’ve lived before them, but they make me never want to rent again.
