  I was skeptical when I first got approved because that’s when I looked up the reviews and there was so many bad reviews but my whole experience so far has been nice. The house is great, the customer service was good, I was approved for one house but then it wasn’t ready in time so I found a different one and the transition process was smooth. Overall I’m happy with my decision to move into their property and I hope it stays that way. The house is pretty pricey but the price of everything is going up so I expected that so no surprise there and they have been pretty transparent about the whole process. The only negative thing I can say is that although customer service was good nobody seemed to be on the same page with their information so if you talked to someone different they told you something different then the last person but it wasn’t anything I couldn’t get through easily

  I called emergency maintenance at 6:30 am because my basement was flooded. Part of the basement is finished and my son’s bedroom had standing water. I requested a water extraction asap, sent photos of the flooding, and was told a tech wouldn’t be out until after 1pm. The issue was fixed but water remained. The water extraction wasn’t scheduled until 3pm-7pm. By 7:10, we still had standing water, so I called the company to see if someone was still coming and was told they couldn’t get here until tomorrow. Clearly they do not care when there is an emergency maintenance issue. Water extraction companies work 24-hrs for this reason! Progress just doesn’t want to pay emergency pricing. If they would have put in the request for an extraction when I called, it could have been resolved in the same day.

  I want to give a huge thank you to Calvin Warren for going above and beyond to help me and my family. Our air went out in our home, and I was having such a difficult time getting assistance with getting it repaired or even finding help with a room. Calvin stepped in, listened to my situation, and made sure we received the help we needed. Because of his dedication and willingness to help, he made a stressful situation so much easier for my family. We are beyond grateful for everything he did. Calvin truly cares about the people he serves and does everything he can to make sure they are taken care of. His kindness, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.   This review is strictly about our maintenance guy who came out today. He was very professional Paul was very respectful of our space. He came in and immediately put his shoe covers on. I definitely the issue and fixed the problem. He also saw a few other issues that we didn’t catch at the moment and fixed them as well. Once he was finished he left the area he was working in cleaner than how he found it. I wish that most of the other maintenance men for progress did work like Paul. Thank you so much for everything Paul keep up the good work.

  This review is for Tevin. My smart hub stopped working after about a month of moving in. Progress was able to initially have someone bring in a new smart hub and get it connected to the house, but unfortunately they did not know that you need to have a Cognito form completed to have the smart hub connect to your smart home app. It took several days and calls between Progress and Rently, because unfortunately a lot of people didn’t know what a Cognito form was at Progress. Tevin came by and thank god knew exactly what the issue was and filled out the form through his phone in less than 10 minutes. Very nice and easy to work with. Frustrated with how long this took to figure out, but glad it was completed easily with Tevin.
