  First, I want to give a huge shoutout to Calvin W! For going above and beyond to help me and my family out. I’ve had a lot of great experiences with this company. That’s why I been here so long. But just when I thought the company was great already. Calvin showed me how much better it can be. Taking the time out to go out of the way to assist me. Company has always been a 10/10

  Paul with maintenance in the 43235 Ohio area was great. He was very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and got the job done quickly. I did just recently move in and have had some concerns because the home was listed under the wrong school district, which has created an issue since I am now locked into a lease. However, I still wanted to leave five stars because Paul himself was excellent and truly deserves the recognition for the work he did.

  I wanted to leave Sean a 10/10 he was so quick & had a really great attitude towards my questions. He didn’t mind helping me & making sure I was happy with the service he provided I will definitely like to have him back 🙏🏼 maintenance service has been quick & easy to complete.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a huge thank you to Calvin for taking the time to reach out and help get my cracked driveway sealed. This has been an ongoing issue for quite some time, and I had struggled to get in touch with anyone before he stepped in. Calvin was proactive, responsive, and made sure the process was finally moving forward. His follow-up and attention to the situation did not go unnoticed. It’s a huge relief to know someone is taking ownership and getting things resolved. Great customer service and truly appreciate the support!

  DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not take care of their properties, their maintenance team never completes their jobs in a timely manner or they just don’t complete them at all, and their overall customer service is garbage. The deck paint had been chipped since we moved in. We have dealt with mold in our property, which was there when we moved in and we didn’t realize what it was, in the winter time we had a pipe leaking where water was spilling into our bathroom and they did not feel it as a emergency to fix it, I had to call them MULTIPLE times to get it done. We had paint chipping in our bathroom on the shower walls due to poor ventilation and improper paint on the walls (I’ve never seen someone paint over shower tiles before) and they did not want to fix it as it progressively got worse bc it was a “cosmetic issue” but we spend a huge chunk of money to pay for a place that looks terrible. They chose the improper paint, and it was getting worse with daily use, so it needed to be fixed. And this is only a few of the problems I had. This has been the WORST rental company I have dealt with in my entire life. My husband is in the service and the fact that we had a better time in military housing is appalling. The managers are not helpful, especially the maintenance manager. Steer clear of any of their properties if you want to have a peaceful home life.
