  Went to try to book a tour for this complex and management is horrible at explaining details and are seemingly lazy. I was never booked a tour because of them saying their “team would get back with me” and never did

  Do not move here, property management is awful. I couldnt get access to parcel pending where packages get delivered to for 6 months they blamed parcel pending and parcel pending blamed management. my unit flooded after water heater broke failed to clean up the water 100 percent you could still hear water under the carpet even after calling them back out 4 additional times and still wasn't remediated. they did not replace the carpet after it flooded. when i moved out they tried charging me to replace the carpet. I sent an email stating they didnt replace the carpet after it flooded so i am not responsible for new carpet. management left me a voicemail stating they agreed and would remove that charge. this was back in sept in dec i got an alert that my credit had a new account open it up and management sent me to collections. they are aweful and do not care about the wellbeeing of the tenants. neighbors would leave trash and dirty diapters outside their doors and management failed to correct it. you've been warned run away rent is cheap at prescott place for a reason

  Por favor las personas que viven en esto apartamento tener mucho cuidado con los carro no dejen nada adentro primera vez que me pasa viviendo aquí. Me habrieron mi carro y me llevaron todo y a mi vecina también ya fuimos a poner la queja en la administración para que esté más pendiente pero no hacen nada

  Place looks great, but I have tried to visit and tour this multiple times with no self guided tour code provided, the front office closed hours early, and no response to phone calls. A shame because Id love to live hear. Sounds like the front office would suck at responding.

  Moved in 2020 during shut down. The online application was smooth and easy. The rent was ok for a two bedroom we also rented out two garages which were nice to have. The community and neighborhood was nice. There are a lot of rules you must obey but it is understandable. Lack of parking spaces and the tight parking lot on our street was horrible and stressful. Had a few leaks outside of one of our bathrooms which caused our carpets to be soaking wet. The worst part about living here is the moving out phase, they racked up hella fees so please be aware of that when choosing this complex. They did have a lot of fun events and such which was very enjoyable. Overall it is a nice place for couples, would not recommend living here with children.
