  Lived here for a year. All apartments have ups and downs, but current property manager Sophia is incredible. Got new ramp for dumpster, working on storm drains, Valet Trash now picking up regularly, love my unit (renovated and very quiet), like my neighbors. No issues w what earlier posts said about crime or break in of cars, but again, every single area has issues now. I thank Sophia for changes she has implemented and her watchful eye on the property.

  Been here for 9 months now and it’s indeed a peaceful community, maintenance people are easygoing and very good with communication, and the rent prices are fair. If it tells you anything I recently requested one job for the maintenance people and they went above and beyond with fixing things even I didn’t even realize needed work. It was so sweet. You can also tell the trash service people put as much effort as they can to get your trash from your door to the dumpster, I have yet to take it myself so I’m grateful for those who put in the effort to do that for us residents. On a side note, I’ve never had any issue with electric outage. With all this crazy weather you would think there would be at least one outage but there’s been none that I’ve encountered here at Prescott Place.

  I really love how understanding and patient these apartments are. They took their time and even helped me figure out something’s personal things I greatly appreciate it awesome management I love living here

  I would not recommend living here. There are so many communication issues. I was never informed of all the fees that would be added on to the rent until AFTER the application process and the day I signed my lease. They love throwing on random fees without telling you. It's almost impossible to get a hold of someone. And when you do they'll just tell you someone will call you back, which never happens. The parking situation is awful. They just hand out more parking passes than spaces available, and some people don't even move their cars. I'm only giving 2 stars because maintenance hasn't been an issue and the actual unit is very nice. Save your money and stay somewhere else. They have been shady since the very beginning.

  I've never lived here, but I was calling to see about a apartment today 5/20/26 about 12:45 the assistant manger hung up the phone on me i as I was talking, I called back & there was no answer very rude, I wont be looking here, but there is some apartments up the street called Revi they are very nice, I made a appointment with them today, they we're very nice & welcoming
