  I do not recommend renting from PMI. They are impossible to get a hold of. You either get transferred to a call center person or you get their voicemail. You can never talk to someone local in Columbus. Maintenance takes weeks even for the most basic request, and they charge insane fees on top of rent. A fee to sign a lease, a monthly fee to get filters that never show up, and a fee to renew. No thanks, not renewing.
