  Worst management ever. Went almost a month with no fridge. No one is ever in the office and I can’t ever get ahold of anyone. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  I’m a property owner. PMI Crossroads is the new name for PMI MVP (which is affiliated with PMI Indianapolis). So all essentially the same bad property management company, which I’ll just call PMI. At one point, I had 12 properties under management. The first property turn took more than 3 months, and I had to step in to hire a flooring company and a garage door company to get this property ready to rent because PMI couldn’t seem to get it done. PMI charges tenants many, many fees (basically charging rent on your properties), and in my case, that violated my management agreement, which they disregarded. The maintenance work was terrible. I’m still discovering bad repairs that I have to re-do, and I’m sure that will go on for awhile. But here are a couple with pictures. (1) new LVP flooring that the tenant complained was coming up a few months after installation. PMI attempted to have me pay to re-do the new flooring claiming it was a different area. It wasn’t. Then they promised the vendor would do a warranty repair. They didn’t. Once I got rid of PMI, I had to replace all of it. (2) a plumbing leak over a garage causing mold. They applied black sealant at a pipe joint and closed it back up. Still leaking, still mold, now I’m re-doing it. (3) a plumbing leak behind a tub spout. PMI filled it with caulk. Now I get to re-do it. (4) replaced a 4-year old hot water tank without approval; left the "old" one in the tenant's basement. When I terminated them, I discovered they lost all but 2 of the management copies of keys to the properties. And on the way out, they charged owner funds for tenant fees (“Resident Benefit Program” and other) that they didn’t get from the tenant. Off-shoring, outsourcing, minimal oversight, bad repairs, and lots of fees. (Don’t expect too many other bad property owner reviews. They just added a “non-disparagement” clause to their management agreement. That’s what you do in lieu of providing a good service)

  I would not recommend this apartment at all. The management was completely unhelpful—most of the time there was no one in the office, and getting any kind of response was nearly impossible. To make things worse, they kept my security deposit even though I was a good tenant and left the apartment in good condition. There was no clear explanation, which felt very unfair. If you’re considering moving here, be aware that you may not get the support you need and could have issues getting your deposit back they try to add up everything so it goes over your deposit very nasty people they did not even know I moved out they have theft going on that nobody handles someone broke into my car and set everything out no one helped with that you can here your neighbors real loud was are thin management doesn’t know anything they just walk in Your apartment I was naked and the manager just let his self in my house I am a very clean person this was not right … this is not a place to live if you want to be comfortable..very unprofessional people that does not know anything unless you tell them multiple times

  When I say this was the best experience that I have ever had with an apartment complex they really have your back and will give you a chance and I really mean that Harold was the guy who helped me through the whole process when I say I am blessed I am blessed and so thankful for this apartment complex and I love it it’s. Clean/ and quite/ ohh myy goodness
