  I have used the payment programs set through PMI CENTERLINE. Also use the resources to request outside repairs. I am also on the board for the Hunter Village Condo association. This is an easy way of staying in touch with repairs for myself and to make inquires if other things need reported or other people need assistance. They are very kind and I do like interacting with the employees. It is a good relationship to have for any condo association.

  PMI took over the property management duties of our Home Owner's Association in 2025. Unfortunately, I think these property management companies keep accepting the work and then getting stuck between our HOA board and residents of the community so I definitely empathize. However, I am appalled at how PMI is approaching communication with my household. I requested some very simple clarifications regarding a recent violation I was provided and am more or less being told that a response will not be provided to me. If you or anyone you know is looking for property management services, I would find alternatives.

  We have had PMI Scioto Metro since 11/24. We have had Adrian Birchler and Madi White as our property managers. They are both very intelligent and hard workers and love the work they do. We are al very happy with them. Madi is our current manager, and she is the best. She is very prompt in responding to our needs and had great skill in dealing with people.   We are s 108 unit condo complex and we have Scioto Metro as our management company. Our manager, Madi is absolutely wonderful! She quickly responds to our needs and is very knowledgeable. We appreciate her and the team at Scioto Metro!
