  I have been doing business with Stephen Pryor for the past six years, and during that time he has helped me buy and sell several commercial properties. I explained to Stephen the type of commercial properties I was looking for, including my investment criteria and NNN requirements, and he was able to identify opportunities that matched my needs. He is an excellent negotiator, whether representing me on a purchase or a sale, and he does a great job understanding what I am looking for rather than simply showing me properties. Stephen helped me identify an investment property that fit my criteria and was instrumental in facilitating a smooth transaction all the way through closing. His communication throughout the process was excellent, and he was always responsive and easy to work with.
