  My wife and I contacted NAI Ohio Equities at the end of March 2026 when we were referred by our residential realtor (Shoutout to Tim Meacham for the recommendation). From the time we first connected with Matt Gregory and Mia Vennemeyer, our experience far exceeded our expectations. We may not have been the easiest clients to work with because we wanted to move quickly through the commercial leasing process. What we learned was that moving quickly in commercial leasing can be challenging. However, Matt and Mia recognized our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find a place that met our expectations. We definitely faced some challenges during the leasing process but none of those challenges had anything to do with Matt and Mia. In fact, those challenges were mitigated by Matt and Mia's commitment to rapid and clear communication while also always looking out for our best interests. At the end of May, we found a property that checked all of our boxes in terms of location, cost, total size and layout and we were able to move in at the beginning of June. We have had many different types of experiences working with businesses, contractors, realtors, etc. throughout our lives and there are only a select few that we would give a full five start endorsement but NAI would be one of them without reservation. If you are looking for help in commercial real estate, we give the highest recommendation possible to NAI and more specifically to Matt and Mia. A five star rating doesn't even do it justice.
