  is a company that filed a Lien on my property “Due to the substantial outstanding balance and your failure to respond to prior attempts to collect the balance owing.” I have not received a letter of the Lien. I have not received the pre-lien letter. I have not received an email regarding the late payments and lien. I have not received a minutes from the board meeting. I have not received a call. Nothing. First time I heard that there is a lien on my property, filed in November of 2022, was in letter sent in February 22. The substantial outstanding balance is $3,907. They never ever asked me to pay the owing balance. A failure to respond? Oh, I would respond to something like that immediately but how can I fail to respond if I have not received any form of communication to respond? Is that a civilized way to conduct a business with someone who is paying his dues every month since 2010? I’ll explain in the next few tweets why I decided to hold the payments. Meantime, I doubt you have a capacity to be ashamed, but if you do, this is a right reason.

  I have rented with Myers for the past 2 years and honestly the company has been one of the best experiences since moving to Columbus. Hunter/Madison have always kept me informed and responded timely to my request/emails. If you have the pleasure of meeting George The Plumber - you will not regret it. One of THE best people!   Some of these reviews are unbelievable... We recently rented a property managed by Myers Real Estate for two years until we purchased our house on the far east side. The staff were all courteous, professional, and friendly, they answered any questions we had, they were flexible with arranging our move in date, had a meeting set up with us for the signing of the lease and key acceptance, had convenient ways for making the monthly payments online, or for turning things like a lease renewal in via fax or email; and I never had any problems with getting things that need attention or repaired in my townhouse. Myers would usually always have someone out for the service needed within 24 hours at the latest. The contractors whom they sent were always experienced and professional as well. This company is a family-owned establishment and it is very reputable. They offer everything in their office that could be needed regarding buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties (as well as managing properties throughout the city and its vicinity for about half of a century or more). They are genuine and strive to satisfy their clients and the company is always evolving. I’d definitely rent or purchase from them again if need be and would recommend them to anyone needing their assistance.
