*AVOID*AVOID*AVOID* Worst living experience of my life. Mold all over AC return. Garage door constantly broken. We had to put in 26 maintenance request over the course of 7 months. Hardly ever have parking. And YES that train is loud. We weren’t even right next to it. Nothing about this place is luxury living. And after all that they took our whole deposit and our trying to charge for things that didn’t happen. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have lived here for a little under two years and can confidently say I’ve enjoyed my experience at Madison Park. The maintenance team is on top of things and are always helpful and quick to respond. Marina and Gianna in the leasing office were especially helpful when I was considering my options with lease transfers. Having access to the Taylor House amenities is also a great pro!

I didn’t end up moving in as I’m looking to live a little closer to the Dublin area, but I had a wonderful experience with Marina and her team! She is kind and professional and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to live in UA!!

I've had such a great experience with Madison Park! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and clearly well cared for. I especially love trivia night and getting to see the sense of community here. Gianna is wonderful. She's warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to get to know you. I would highly recommend Madison Park!
