  The maintenance team here is absolutely amazing! Anytime we had an issue in our unit, William responded quickly and got it taken care of right away. He is incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. My sister and I always enjoy seeing the maintenance staff around because they are some of the kindest people. We truly appreciate all of their hard work!

  Be very careful before signing a lease here. Fees kept increasing as the lease went on, making the actual cost much higher than what we expected when we signed. It felt like new charges were added or existing fees increased over time. This was my son’s first experience living away from home. When I talked to Sydney at the office, said that even though we signed the leave later than the deadline for lower rent price, they would honor it-they tried to hike up both rent and the parking fee when the first bill arrived. My son was paying for this on his own and it became impossible for him to keep up due to rising costs. He moved out almost two months ago(still paid the rent) and his last rent payment is 200 more for utilities! So, he and his roommates haven’t even lived there the past 1.5 months and the utilities have jumped $1,000 between the 5 of them! I would not lease here again and cannot recommend it based on the unexpected and increasing costs.
