This review is for LVQ Apartments. My entire time living here has been a nightmare and will recommend for everyone to look elsewhere. During my time here I've had a sewage smell that leaked into my apartment for almost 6 months with multiple maintenance requests that were tossed up to "its the person below you." It was never fixed until I finally lost heat during the snow storm last year and they had to send someone from Ohio heat to fix it. The elevator constantly breaks, and its tough living with people who own who don't have to abide by leasing agreements such as no smoking. During my stay they also fired the 24/7 front desk security people and replaced them with people who don't care and show up at random times. Additionally, they randomly charged back log worth utilities in the middle of the month and their AI agent harassed you daily to pay them. Crawford Hoying management is terrible and I will tell everyone to stay away.

what’s going on with the scaffolding? this is a beautiful building and apparently the owner does not enough to repair and get rid of this awful scaffolding on the sidewalk. so sad

One of the nicest residential locations in all of Columbus.
