    Too many ducks, i was taking my son for a afternoon walk they started attacking him. This is not the first time and we have contacted them but yet to do anything about it. Worst management and side walks are all duck shit. And smells really bad. And plus i had read the reviews from before most of them are not wrong because even when i moved in to these apartments they said that it was ready but walls werent painted doors were broken and they wouldn't let us view the actual apartment before we moved in. They just showed us the model, they are way too expensive for all the things you go through. Plus they add a lot of hidden fees on rent, they do not tell you when you rent the apartment.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible management! I was left since Wednesday June 25 th with no air, my whole kitchen don’t work I have no stove, no fridge , no washer and dryer and no hot water. On Friday after I called HQ, Shay the manager then had another worker call me to tell me that they wouldn’t be able to fix anything and don’t know when it will get fixed after 3 days of knowing. So I was left all weekend and there’s a heat advisory next week my apartment is 80 degrees plus. I have two kids and a dog. I have no way to prepare food either and with prices of fast food i did not prepare for this heavy burden of expenses. Shay and the other worker did offer me a hotel … but only after I complained to HQ and also told me I have to change it to my card and that I can submit for re imbursement which I don’t have money for and not knowing how long it will be that is a huge up front expense for me as I’m a single mother…. and a hotel don’t have a kitchen to make food. In the past they never re imbursed me for a time this happen in the winter so I declined the offer for not trusting what they say. I would not recommend this place at all the only good thing is Maintenance they super nice and responsive but the managers are rude and just don’t care. Unless you report to BBB and HQ in Nevada they just tell you they don’t know and have no compassion. I hope reporting them to BBB gets my issue fixed and I get a percentage off rent because there is no need to let residents sit for 6 days in an in operable apartment just because you’re lazy and don’t know.

    Do not move here. First and foremost, the rental team and the property manager are incompetent. They will manipulate to sell apartments, but they have absolutely no clue how to actually manage a community. We lost power on Wednesday due to an internal electrical fault. Instead of resolving it, we were left without electricity for the entire weekend. As a property management professional, I know that not every job can be handled by an in-house maintenance team—some tasks require a licensed expert. The management here is simply too cheap to call an outside vendor, leaving residents to suffer the consequences. The most frustrating part? They actually closed out the emergency work order while we were still sitting in the dark, just to artificially inflate their turnaround metrics and look good to upper management. On paper, they look like an "A-team," but the reality on the ground is a complete operational failure. Avoid this place at all costs. And I m not sure how the heck they got 3.1 star reviews because to my experience they should be negative -1 for your peace of mind read the reviews before moving in here! All the reviews are genuine.

    - RATS chewed through my car wires - My AC has been broken for YEAR - NO LIGHTS are on when you walk at night - COCKROACHES everywhere - My sink has been broken for over a MONTH This place is an actual joke. I'm reporting them to the BBB as we speak. Also, I have asthma and have told them and they still won't fix my AC. This is a medical and legal liability. Also, I spent $1,200 out of pocket after rats chewed through my car wires. And the rats have been a problem here for years. And yes, so many of us have told them. I emailed them and told them about my car, honestly just so they're aware. I didn't plan on making it a public thing but when my apartment reaches 80+ degrees and I have trouble breathing, idc anymore. Also, they had the gall to say they address maintenance tickets in the order they're received. They said this to me in April of 2026, after my ticket for my AC to be fixed was submitted in June of 2025. It's officially been ONE YEAR. That honestly has to be a record, a ONE YEAR maintenance ticket. I genuinely wonder if they're trying to beat a record lmao. And IC, please don't respond to this unless you're typing it from outside my apartment as you're installing a new AC for me, manually collecting rats, fixing the public lighting that is supposed to be on at night, fixing the hole in my sink, or picking up my inhaler refill from my pharmacy.
