We moved in a couple weeks ago and so far we’re in love! Our dog absolutely adores the dog parks and spa and we ourselves love the pool lol. We decided to go with the two bedroom because it would better suit our needs and it has plenty of space. One thing I really love is the ceilings are higher than majority of other apartments we’ve looked at! Staff is super friendly and always there if you have any questions. Our leasing agent was Bethani and she is the absolute bomb! When we first came in to tour she was extremely friendly, answered our questions and genuinely seemed interested and excited for us! Even now when we have a question she is more than happy to help and that right there means the world! Amazing place to live with amazing management!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Best Place to Live in Columbus!I cannot recommend Fox and Hound Apartments enough! It is truly a beautiful community that offers everything you need for a lovely living experience. The grounds are filled with natural beauty, lush greenery, and peaceful mornings filled with birds chirping. It is perfect for sunny days of swimming, and the evenings are wonderful for family get-togethers and BBQs.From the moment I moved in, the management and office staff have been absolutely exceptional. The leasing office crew—Betsy, Bethani, and Elliot—are incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. For new movers, they make the transition completely seamless. What stands out most is their ability to maintain strict compliance with policies and procedures while still going above and beyond to help you out. They perfectly balance community rules with true resident convenience. The maintenance services are equally outstanding. Whenever I submit a query, the response is exceptionally timely. Betsy, Bethani, and Elliot ensure that any maintenance issue is fixed promptly and correctly. This is a highly rated, high-quality place to live. Definitely the most recommended community in Columbus!

First off, I want to shout out Mz Beth Nguyen! When I first applied, she took me on a quick tour of the model apartment & the property (gym, clubhouse, pool area, game room, ball court, etc) & i immediately thought that I would be shot down due to my credit. I told her what was on my credit report, was honest with everything, & she said that she would advocate for me. I got an email less than a week later with move in date & how much the deposit would be 😳! Nevermind the fact that I got denied for another apt on Steltz (at the same time, in a less desirable area). Mz Nguyen was more excited for me than I was lol. Moved in, haven't had any major issues, only put in a couple maintenance request, (small things that i probably couldve done myself) where at the apt complex where i stayed at previously, i was putting in a maintenance request every other week for water leaks or toilet issues. I love the area, it's quiet, its calm, when I come home I have somewhere to park, even if I come in at the wee hrs of the morning, I can park directly in front of my bedroom window! The parking spots arent all taken the resident "visitors" #EyeRoll. I stay in a nice, easy to find spot...I didnt hear gunshots on New Years (iykyk), I get peaceful rest every nite. The gym, the premises, the pool, the grill area...everything is absolutely great!

Fox and Hounds is a tolerable place to live with some significant downsides. Some of the issues are major, but the minor downsides are numerous enough to be frustrating. Pros: - affordable - Bethani and Elliott in the office are very helpful General Cons: - maintenance is slow to respond to issues and does not communicate the solutions or next steps taken - if you open the microwave while it is running, a switch in the microwave melts (told to me specifically by maintenance) and needs to be replaced before the microwave functions again; despite this being a malfunction with the provided appliance, the complex charges $50 to replace the part - any fixes to the apartment are done haphazardly - paint all over the carpet and floors, recently refinished bathtub already deteriorating - obtaining a mailbox key requires a trip to the post office where you pay to obtain the key - cabinets peeling away from the walls - lack of overhead lighting - curved shower rod prevents bathroom door from opening all the way Specific experiences I have had: - apartment was filthy upon move in - the apartment refinished my bathtub the first day meaning I could not use the shower for two days; this is despite the fact the complex noted the need to refinish the bathtub weeks earlier when the previous resident vacated - oven racks rusted upon move in - rusted electrical box outside the apartment - work order for a leak ignored for weeks "due to high volume of work orders" with no attempt to resolve the problem in the interim Up to you to decide if the price is worth the difficulty with management and a poorly maintained apartment.

I've lived here nearly two years in two separate units and whole they were liveable, I wouldn't call them beautiful. In my first unit (1BR), my neighbors smoked weed to the point it stank up my apartment, triggered my asthma, and a notice was sent out that smoke inspections would be done on all our units. After that notice, the neighbors started smoking weed out on the landing of the stairs which is a shared space that both of our units exit onto. So it came into my apartment even worse and I had to walk through them just to leave. The AC broke nearly every two months and maintenance took sometimes days to come fix it. In my second unit (2BR), things were fine until winter when I noticed it was extremely cold by my front door. That's when I saw that the door had essentially rotted out at the bottom, there were massive gaps under the threshold that you could see light through, and a crack in the wall near the window and around the window that let in cold air. I called THREE TIMES about the door, and it reached the point that maintenance was taking so long with zero communication that I called the city about having them come out for an inspection. The gutter over the stairs is loose and bangs against the building when it gets too windy, I put in a request to have it secured, it was marked completed and the gutter hasn't been touched. Absolutely horrid maintenance, my floor is uneven throughout the apartment, some of the floorboards are gapping, and the more I try to look into problems like why my microwave suddenly died, I find holes in the wall near the sink, I find that the outlet the microwave is plugged into is LOOSE, so if you're comfortable living with dilapidated structure and questionable electrical systems, weed and whatever other smells your neighbors emit, you'll enjoy it here.
