  I was looking at a couple of their properties to potentially sign a lease with them and they could not have made the process harder if they tried. These people are near impossible to get in contact with. Every tour is self guided so if you have trouble getting into the building good luck, you can’t even call them for assistance. The phone number they have listed seems to always connect to someone who does not work in the office and cannot answer my questions. They say that they’ll leave a message on my behalf and someone will get back to me. When I called about not being able to get into the building they called me back 30 minutes past my tour time, and I still could not access the building. And when I called to ask about a flyer I saw about canine inspections in their 1000 Bryden road property no one ever got back to me. I even tried to go to their office and speak with someone in person but it’s by appointment only and no one answered when I rang the door bell. The systems they have in place very clearly do not work and they should really look into trying to manage things better.

  I didn’t want give a one star there Longview about our nasty the police was here last night from someone shooting a gun woke up to police flashing lights in my bedroom window where my bed is located they shot at the windows two floors from me I have been in a house shooting before I’m so nerves ready to move the police was just here a week ago about a shooting it’s trash all in the hallways door are not secured I don’t feel safe calling legal aid to break lease

  Toured a couple of properties while on an apartment hunt. Spaces were updated while preserving the charm of the period in which they were built. The staff that I interacted with was polite and knowledgeable! Thank you for your hospitality!

  **3.5/5** **Good** * $850/month * Good area * Parking is decent * Maintenance guy was cool/responsive **Bad** * Annoying dog inspections every 2 months, and you get fined $200 if they can’t get into your apartment * Plugs fall out of the wall very easily in every outlet... * They make it almost impossible to contact them. It’s a robot when you call, a generic catch-all info@f&w email, and they put a reflector on the office door with an “by appointment only” sign so you can’t just stop in * We went without laundry for 3 months at one point * People constantly prop the front and back doors open overnight * You have to have the carpet professionally cleaned when you move out, and nobody would come out for such a small job (2 10x10 bedrooms), so I used a Home Depot carpet cleaner. I’m basically just waiting for them to deduct half my security deposit for that Also, you can avoid the pet rent if you get a note from a therapist.
