    It is a quite and nice community. Property manger is warm, friendly and professional.The apartment buildings and amenities are clean and well-maintained. The floor plan looks decent and comfortable.

    I have nothing but good to say regarding Arlington pointe. I recently signed a lease and the process of doing so was extremely informational and I had every question that I could have asked answered honestly and thoroughly. Jennifer was great and readily available at all office hours.

    ok.. where to begin! i lived here in 2017-2018. it wasnt bad at first, when suzy still worked there. the apartment itself wasnt so great to me because the elevator never worked, the laundry machines ate quarters, the entrances were supposed to be secure but sometimes people would leave them open with a brick for hours at a time, the floors SQUEAKED so LOUDLY i could never sleep because my upstairs neighbors had elephant feet and let their kids run around all night, the road is so effing loud and obnoxious, the electricity went out constantly, we never had hot water, the heat and a/c are controlled (heat kicks on during winter months and a/c only during summer months), the living room is oblong shaped and weird....i could probably go on. then we got the new owners... ok they sucked. i dont even know what she looked like or anything because she was never in the office. i requested maintenance to be done and she didnt reply back for like 3 days (when before, suzy replied almost immediately) and when the guy did come in and fix it, he didnt even fix it. i had to keep emailing them about it which was a pain in the a$. finally after 2 months he fixed it. (this was the newer maintenance guy, not the 2 guys when suzy worked there) and while all that was happening, i got a letter telling me i had violated the lease by adding the lock to the door. the lock. which i did not add. the lock in which you latch from the inside. the lock that has been on the door since the 1970s when this godawful building was built. so yea, they were all idiots and we left as soon as our lease was up.

    Very irresponsible management. I didn't end up signing a contract, but here is my experience with them: I showed up in their office right at 9 am to ask about their availabilities since they never responded my phone calls. Their office hours was 9 am to 6 pm according to Google Maps and the paper right on the window of their office, but they didn't show up until 9:20 am that I have to leave to get to work. I stopped by their office again the same day after work and they showed my an apartment and said they will check availability of one of the apartments and call me back, but they never did.
