  I Love it here at 303 Front Street I haven’t had any problems what so ever since residing here management is very helpful I always get everything I need right away thanks so much for having me 303 S Front. Views are also amazing and so is the rooftop

  This place is disgusting. Filthy at all times. Dog pee is constantly on the elevator that you will step in. The place is never cleaned. The “cleaners” they do hire hang out/ talk in the stairwell for an hour then leave. We had someone’s throw up on the garage floor next to the elevator for 2 months until it was finally cleaned it up. Management left a used bandaid stuck to the elevator floor for longer than 2 months. The residue is still on the elevator floor. Jay the manager does not care about the building or the tenants. He’s never there and when he is he does nothing but hide and avoids doing anything to better the property or tenants lives. Stay away from this place it’s unhealthy like a previous review says. They ask employees that don’t live here to leave fake positive reviews to offset all the real true bad reviews!

  Luxury and convenience. Only negatives I can think about if you need to save money since being downtown is expensive, or have noisy neighbors. Very uncommon though. After moving out, the place still has its shine retained and looks almost new.
