  I Love it here at 303 Front Street I haven’t had any problems what so ever since residing here management is very helpful I always get everything I need right away thanks so much for having me 303 S Front. Views are also amazing and so is the rooftop

  DO NOT RENT HERE. This place is a complete dump. I moved in and pretty much immediately regretted my decision. I told myself I’d give it a couple months to see if things got better because Jay the apartment manager said they just took over the building. The place just keeps getting worse. Not a day will go by that you are not stepping in puddles of dog pee in the elevator or a pee soaked lobby door mat. You will track the pee into your own apartment. The elevator constantly breaks. No communication from management. They operate as if they don’t address the problem then the elevator isn’t broke. The front and back doors don’t always lock so someone can walk right in and take all your delivered packages. They can walk in the back door directly into the garage. I was told by someone living on my floor that the garage door was stuck in the up position for over 5 months leading to multiple cars getting broken into before I moved in. If you value safety do not move here. If you value your health do not move here. If you value things being quiet after 10pm don’t move here. If you value a clean building don’t move here. You pay a ridiculously high CAM fee for the building to be cleaned and it’s constantly filthy. Have the manager walk you down the 1st floor hallway when you tour the building and look at all the pee stains on the carpet that they don’t even bother to clean. It’s disgusting. You’ll regret signing a lease here. Hope this was helpful!

  Great location with AMAZING property manager and maintenance staff. The property manager Ty is extremely responsive and helpful ever since the first day I called inquiring about the apartment. She is always available and ready to help, thank you :) The property management team worked very hard to make sure the property is safe (with regular routine security checks) and everyone is welcomed. Definitely the best rental experience and management team I ever had. Thank you :)

  Terrible management after Angel left. The elevator and rooftop was unavailable for most of the time. Do not stay here and find somewhere else.
