  I just want to say that I really love the neighborhood is very warm and welcome and everyone is very friendly. The staff are very delightful and helpful. Its very clean and inviting. I also love the fact that it’s pet friendly and they have pet stations everywhere.Its very nice environment for children to play and enjoy their self they can go for a nice swim in the summer visit the office where they serve, refreshments drinks and etc. It’s definitely a place you will want to call home go see for yourself!

  I have been moving around the greater Cincinnati area for years. As a sales rep I've seen them all! Regarding Miamiview it's spot on. Professional leasing office, the property is well maintained. I've never been embarrassed to bring someone by. I've met several of the maintenance guys, love them! For the area, truly one of the best if not the best!

  I am not a tenant yet but I promise you ms.brittany was amazing as ever and the staff in the office was great as well very much so love how they make you feel welcome

  Worst apartment experience I have ever been a part of. Visitor parking is always full so good luck inviting people over without them getting their car towed. Terrible management who increases rent with any chance that they get. Dumpsters always full and you will get charged if you put it outside of it. It is practically a dog waste minefield with the amount of waste that NEVER gets cleaned up. The pool and basketball courts are always full no matter the time of day so good luck getting a swim or a game in. Management is very hostile and unwelcoming including making threats of extra charges if you dont follow by their very stricy rule book. Also no matter the status of your apartment when you leave you are NOT getting your deposit back. Just very sick and greedy people.Save your money and go to a different place than this dump.👎🏻👎🏻
