    My refrigerator was down and the maintenance guy (Scot) had the fan motor changed and running within 30 min highly appreciated! Job well done!

    Just moved in and had an issue with my lock. Called upon them and instantly Matt with maintenance was there. Did an amazing job. Just love it here so far! Thank you so very much!!!

    I have been in customer service for over 37 years and the team in the office at Miami View apartments is outstanding!! Brittany, Stephanie, and Savanah and the rest of the team I can’t say enough about how informative and approachable they were for my son’s first apartment experience. This property is private and secluded which gives you a welcoming and safe feeling in living here. Thank you again for all your assistance and kindness in this new chapter in my son’s life.
