  I have been in customer service for over 37 years and the team in the office at Miami View apartments is outstanding!! Brittany, Stephanie, and Savanah and the rest of the team I can’t say enough about how informative and approachable they were for my son’s first apartment experience. This property is private and secluded which gives you a welcoming and safe feeling in living here. Thank you again for all your assistance and kindness in this new chapter in my son’s life.   Jared performed maintenance on a balcony screen door. He was efficient, professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. He determined the screen needed replacing and performed the service in a timely manner. My screen door was replaced. In the same afternoon. Great job! Thank you so much.

  I have been here for a year and I love it. It’s quiet no one bothers you the people around are nice and overall the rental office employees ( Brittney and Jessica) are awesome they will work with you if you need help with anything and they will give you all the information you need to feel comfortable and to stay informed about your stay here.

  On Tuesday, 5/26, I went to the leasing office and asked for maintenance help because the garage door latch wasn’t aligned, and the door was hard to open. I asked what time they could come, and they said they’d call. They did call, and I asked them to meet me at the garage at 10:30. Matt Sr. showed up right on time and examined the door. He got his tools, adjusted the latch, and even sprayed the door mechanism so it would open much more easily. Everything was taken care of in less than 24 hours, just as one would expect. Thanks so much to the office staff and Matt Sr., who said he didn’t know that much about garage doors, but now he knows what to do. It’s nice to see someone who’s humble and conscientious.
