  We love our apartment. And management is very accommodating. If you ever have issues with your apartment marinade does not take long to fix the problem. The updates to the building are very nice. And the apartments are spacious for a great price

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with 668 Apartments so future residents can make a fully informed decision. I moved in on August 10th, 2025, and moved out on June 15th, 2026. Throughout my entire lease, I never missed a rent payment and always paid on time. I took my responsibilities seriously. During my tenancy, there were constant changes in management. It felt like there was no stability, and that made it hard to know who to rely on for accurate information. When I decided I needed to move out a month early, I spoke directly with David Gerster. I asked specifically what the costs would be, because that mattered to my decision. I was told there would be a $200 lease break fee, and that I would need to pay the remaining month left on my lease. That is what I relied on when I made my choice to move. What I was not told was that moving out could trigger repayment of concessions or discounts from earlier in the lease. That was never clearly explained or disclosed to me during that conversation. And to be honest, if it had been, I would have simply stayed for that final month. I had no reason to take on extra costs that I didn’t know about. After I received the additional charges, I tried to address the situation with both David Gerster and Lena Novek. I explained that this was not communicated to me when I asked about moving out early. From my perspective, I tried to handle things respectfully and professionally, but I left feeling unheard. This isn’t about refusing to follow a lease. It’s about not being given complete information before making an important decision. Clear communication matters, especially when it affects someone’s finances. If you’re thinking about renting here, please, for your own protection, get every detail in writing. Don’t rely solely on verbal explanations, especially regarding lease breaks, concessions, or any potential penalties. I genuinely hope management improves how they communicate with residents, because no one should be surprised by major charges after asking direct questions. My experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope sharing it helps someone else avoid the same situation

  Excellent place to live. Move in process was very smooth. Dave the property manager is super responsive and helpful. Great amount of space. Would absolutely recommend if you're looking to live in the downtown area.
