They refuse to install a LEGALLY mandatory and necessary hand rail in outside steps to prevent tenants from slipping and falling on ice and snow. They don't care about safety of tenants only getting their money. Do NOT rent here. And the kitchen cabinets are made from rotten particle board that have an awful odor of rotten particle board so they are virtually unusable.
