- DPDavid PerkovicJan 24, 20251.0Terrible place. They rarely clean common areas in building. They refuse to install a LEGALLY mandatory and necessary hand rail in outside steps to prevent tenants from slipping and falling on ice and snow. They don't care about safety of tenants only getting their money. Do NOT rent here. And the kitchen cabinets are made from rotten particle board that have an awful odor of rotten particle board so they are virtually unusable.

The townhouses are the best around for miles but it’s not worth living there with such terrible people that don’t care about the community. They gave a notice whether we are moving out or renewing our lease. About 40 days after the 60 day move out notice they give us a paper and told us we have to pay for 60 days rent after we move out since we never gave them that paper. They are a bunch of scammers.
