- GEGrant ElliottMay 8, 20261.0there is not going to be a park anymore. they call that sewage easement they can't build on "green space".
- CTCam TolbertApr 25, 20262.0I’ve had such a hard time getting in contact with the leasing office . I’ve called & left voicemails and still no response and I’ve paid the app fee and move in fee .
- HHHMFeb 7, 20265.0I’ve had a great experience renting here, largely thanks to our property manager, Ryan. He is incredibly punctual and responsive to all requests, no matter how small. It’s refreshing to have a property manager who actually communicates and acts fast! Highly recommend.
- ZZZacharyJul 31, 20255.0Very nice, brand new apartment building right on outskirts of downtown Cleveland. From the application process to move in, management was very helpful and answered all questions in a timely manner.
- RCRoman CaputoJul 30, 20255.0Have been moved in for a couple weeks now and so far it’s been great! Awesome area, great views, and nice community room. All new appliances and very modern interior design. The property manager is friendly and responsive whenever I have any problems or questions!
