  there is not going to be a park anymore. they call that sewage easement they can't build on "green space".

  I’ve had such a hard time getting in contact with the leasing office . I’ve called & left voicemails and still no response and I’ve paid the app fee and move in fee .

  I just moved in last week, and everything was seamless from my initial tour to my move in. Ryan did a great job of working with me as I made accommodations to move in over a holiday weekend and it helped a ton! The view of downtown is amazing, the neighborhood is super walkable and the staff is outstanding! Very glad I made the move from downtown to The Park in Tremont to say the least.

  The park is a great place to live! Easy access to about anything, and just right outside the city of Cleveland. Great views, and nice walking paths in the area. The property manager is very kind and friendly and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

  Have been moved in for a couple weeks now and so far it’s been great! Awesome area, great views, and nice community room. All new appliances and very modern interior design. The property manager is friendly and responsive whenever I have any problems or questions!
