  My wife and I moved in with our dog last February. Since day one we have been so happy with our move. Our apartment is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The fellow tenants have been so welcoming. The location downtown is perfect, short walk to anything we need. The Beacon Team is amazing. They are always willing to help make our apartment perfect. Frankie at the front desk makes everyone who walks through the front doors feel welcome. She always has a treat for our dog, she spoils him. Thank you Baleiba for helping us find our home.

  I have to say that my experience at the Beacon has been great. The people at the Front Desk (Frankie) are the best and made me feel so welcomed from my first day. Keep up the good work.

  Frankie is a truly wonderful person who brings so much warmth to those around her. The entire management staff is known for being incredibly welcoming, they make everyone feel included and cherished every day.

  The beacon is the first apartment that we haven’t had any issues with. The staff are present, responsive and friendly. The gym is fully equipped. The views are stunning. The walls are soundproofed really well. The layout of the room is done intentionally. Once a month they set out hot breakfast and frequently have snacks available to grab in the lobby. One thing that’s not sold well enough is that the apartment gets a clear view of the guardians baseball stadium, which means that in the summer you get free fireworks shows all season. The beacon is definitely a luxury apartment, and you will be paying luxury prices… that said, I feel like it’s priced fairly. Ah… you know what, I do have ONE gripe- you can only recycle cardboard. My wife and I are eco conscious, so it sucks not being able to recycle cans and glass, and it would be awesome if there was compost in the building… but I feel like this is a common issue in Cleveland and not specific to the beacon. All in all… the beacon is lovely. Highly recommend you become our neighbor. :)
