From getting my keys and parking sorted, to use of the freight elevator, everything was super efficient and streamlined. The property manager, Alex, clearly cares about the comfort of all the tenants, which is so incredible and rare to see nowadays. My apartment is clean, spacious, and beautiful. The amenities and building are well maintained. Would definitely recommend this place!

Very seldom do you find someone running the place who seems to know every tenant and consistently has a top priority of making sure you’re living experience is top-notch. Would definitely recommend this place to any friends we have in the area.

Alex, the leasing manager, was great to work with from initially viewing the apartment, all the way thru our whole time there. The security folks were great, very personable & kind. The maintenance team was also so kind, and quick to fix anything that popped up! The apartment itself had great views & a nice layout - loved the big windows and fireplace. The ceilings were high and the walls were thick - limited sounds from any other apartment or the street. Even when the guardians fireworks happen over the summer, the bedroom was (mostly) insulated from sound (great for dogs)! Would recommend for anyone who wants to be downtown!

I’ve lived here for almost 4 years now and I can honestly say this is the best place I have decided to live at. My apartment is beautiful, maintenance is always on point if I put a note in for anything as little as just a light going out there there the very next day, this place is immaculate and the staff is amazing , but Alex the guy in the leasing office is theeee best:) he is very kind and has always been there for any questions or concerns , he makes you feel like family it’s a great feeling I love this place;)
