I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt like I needed to share this experience. My friend and I toured this apartment community with a leasing agent named Kyra, and it was by far the rudest leasing experience I’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, she was cold, dismissive, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. One of the first things she told us was that dogs weren’t allowed, even though the website stated there was a two-dog limit. Instead of explaining the policy or clearing up the confusion, she was rude and uninterested in helping us.
Even after learning about the dog policy, we still wanted to continue the tour because she had told us there were two more apartments she was going to show us. Instead, she abruptly walked us to the elevator while we were still talking to her, pressed the button, and sent us down to the ground floor. She didn’t say goodbye, didn’t tell us the tour was over, and didn’t explain that she wasn’t showing us the remaining apartments. She literally shut the elevator doors while we were in the middle of speaking to her, leaving us completely confused. We honestly stood there wondering if we had somehow misunderstood because there was no communication at all.
My friend is relocating from Columbus to the Cleveland area, and I was helping her find an apartment. We were excited to see this property, but the way we were treated completely changed our opinion. I’ve toured many apartment communities over the years and have never experienced customer service this poor.
I hope management addresses this because prospective residents deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

Just toured some beautiful units! The amenities are everything you could ask for when moving into your home. Love it Love it !
The unit was newly renovated, and the location was pretty convenient. Tons of good places to dine and shop nearby.
However, the unit didn't have any window, so it only works for those who never cook at home. It's also not dog friendly fyi.
The wall was paper thin so be ready to hear all kind of loud noise in the hallway. People pull fire alarm brake all the time, so you might end up hearing the siren all weekend long.
The package delivery was one of the worst thing I had to deal with. Constantly losing my packages because delivery people left at hotel reception, outside hallway, outside package room, etc. Yes, some residents here will steal your stuff. It happened to me 3 times and no surveillance videos were recorded.
The worst thing might be property managers themselves. They didn't want to help if you'd ever need some. I once had my AC broke for almost a week straight in the summer.
I have been a resident since 2022 and truly enjoy living here. The building is well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is great. I love the charm and character of living in a 100+ year-old building. While it comes with a few quirks and challenges, that is to be expected. The location is hard to beat, offering easy access to everything downtown.
The only drawback I have experienced is with the shared laundry. Unfortunately, some residents are not always considerate about promptly removing their clothes from the washer or dryer, which can make it challenging for others to use the machines.
I just renewed my lease another year and would sign multi years if they offered it. I have no plans of going anywhere (as long as the rent stays reasonable LOL)

Please do not move in here and do not be fooled by pretty pictures, i’ve lived here a year and management is rude and has been rude since we first moved in, I should have taken that as a sign. They also have extremely high turnover in management so you never are speaking to the same person. Our AC and fridge has broken countless times (we had to buy a mini fridge due to this and the sheer minuscule size of it) and the flooring is completely uneven, again do not be fooled by the pictures. If after reading this review you still decide to move in here please get a unit with in unit washer and dryer, because we do not have it and our laundry is broken constantly on our floor. (also the drier either shrinks your clothes or won’t dry them after 3 cycles at $1.25 a load) Currently dealing with management regarding ending my lease and it is a nightmare. Condescending and rude. Not worth it, find somewhere else to move. Also there is no parking. May not seem like a big deal but trust me it is, i don’t even want to go into my living nightmare with the parking garage they tried to set us up with and they “partner” with. My car couldn’t physically drive up to the fourth floor that was the only spot available because the garage is an old office building with ramps that are borderline completely vertical. Don’t trust a word they say. The only part of this building and company that is five stars is maintenance, they are the sweetest guys ever and willing to help you out no matter what.
