  I love my apartment here. The lobby and hallways are always clean. There is a wonderful smell of home when you walk in the front door. The management staff are always helpful courteous, kind and joyful. Always willing to go the extra step. Even the maintenance staff, always on time and ready to help when a call is placed. Then there is the night security guard, welcoming, distinguished and knows everything. When I moved in my apartment it was fresh. Freshly painted, freshly cleaned. It sparkled. An absolute wonderful space. From the rooftop to the parking garage, I know I made a great decision. You should too.

  This apartment has went down hill since new management has taken over. Office is never open, hallways are dirty, work orders never completed, strangers getting inside what should be secured building, packages get stolen. They only care about money!!! Stay far away. Most if not all good reviews are from Airbnb guests who only stayed one night and honestly they are apart of the problem. No background screening on these guests so you could be sleeping next to any one.

  Do not move here! Food and packages get stolen constantly. Management does nothing to fix it. Management is too cheap to pay for 24/7 security. However they have no problem charging you 1,700 dollars a month to live here.

  I stayed at an air bnb this past weekend, Samantha in the office was so kind to show me how to use the fob system to get up the elevator. The apartment itself was perfect and everything was so clean.

  Great experience during my stay. My place was clean, staff was great and the location was convenient.
