A rare gem in the Gordon Square Arts district. Regina (the property manager) and the staff at Cleveland Bricks are excellent. The community in the building are quiet, clean, and the brick exterior, hardwood floors, and terra cotta tile hall ways are historic and charming. The street itself consists of mostly all single family homes, and it’s posted as a quiet zone by the city. An excellent neighborhood for bike riders, walkers and joggers. Amazing location!
