  I came to Integrity looking for an apartment for my son who moved from SC to Cleveland for grad school and they could not have been more helpful. Ash'Lee found him a beautiful, freshly renovated, furnished apartment with garage parking and utilities included for a very reasonable price! She has been super responsive by phone and email during the whole process and was on hand on move-in day to make sure all our questions were answered and he had everything he needed.

  Just moved in with Integrity, worked with Shay and she was super helpful. She answered all my question quickly and helped me every step of the way. She made it super easier for a first time renter

  Edit: If I could rate this place as zero stars, I would. This place has anything but integrity. Apparently, I even get a free running water feature in my bedroom with mold stains to pair. Don’t worry they’re just painting over it, though. After speaking with the people in regional/corporate office, specifically Leah (who even had the audacity to bring up this review👋), it’s become abundantly clear that they are just as incompetent and shady as the people working in this office, and that their problems are company wide. They are completely unwilling to make up for any mistakes they made AT ALL, even though one of the bedrooms is completely unlivable at the moment, “because technically the contract wasn’t broken”. Again, our move-in date was already pushed back so it would be “move in ready”, yet nothing is able to be moved to the back of the house. It’s only been three days and this is already the worst experience of my life. And still no parking mind you. The only benefits have been the maintenance men trying to get to the little things, and the painter who shared the truth about them wanting to just cover up the leak. AVOID THIS PLACE WITH YOUR LIFE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT TOO. A group of people has never infuriated me more than the ones that work in this office. Not only were we coaxed into an apartment with no parking after being assured there was plenty to fit the two cars we very obviously put into the lease, but there is exactly zero communication between anyone in this office. For some reason they aren’t even able to speak with each when you call the office or leave notes for one another. Shay, the woman we worked with, was horrible and flat out incompetent, but don’t worry she’s only part time so that’s okay, or that’s at least what she blames the horrid work on. Others say it’s because she’s new. In either case it’s completely insane that this quality of service is the standard and excused. We don’t monitor our new employees here? They can’t cc their supervisor until they get the hang of things? They can’t respond to an email or follow up on a phone call? In fact, I didn’t speak to her but once outside of the one time we moved in, as she never responded to my email or documents for an ESA (which later caused a whole other host of issue with the lease). We were also assured that this place would be moving ready yet. The entire back bedroom needs painted (from very obvious water damage that they just didn’t care about apparently), and the ceiling is leaking heavily upon moving in. This entire process was awful and I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I cannot stress how awful they have made everything how sideways this has all felt. If you can go with another property manager, DO IT. This place is a joke, and Shay should be fired immediately.
