  Application process is a scam they took 200.00 out of my account told me if I didn't get approved that I would get back 150.00 on my account within 14 days witch has not happened yet mind you the whole time waiting to see if I got approved or not they were taking Applications on the very same apartment on their own website I wonder have many they took with the promise to hold the apartment this should be illegal even if it is

  DO NOT MAKE MISTAKE AND MOVE HERE! IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY! Currently renting a 1 bedroom. I will say when I moved in I was under the impression that I would be paying a certain amount in rent! I was advised that I have a base rate and then I also pay for pest control as well as rental insurance. For the first 3 months rent was the same amount NO PROBLEM. For the past 5 months they have been charging me a total of $128 in fees that makes no sense and all the fees are dated for PRIOR months when they could have at least let me know that was going to happen in the beginning so that I can make an informed decision on whether I wanted to rent here or not. Im young expressed to them I had a lot of apartment fear due to my prior living experiences with a slum Lord and they completely took advantage of me and now I'm locked into a lease living somewhere I don't feel like I'm being treated fairly. They do NOT answer the phone and they constantly keep the office environment nice and tidy to fool you into thinking you will be safe here. There are teenage children that run this complex they rummage through your cars and steal things, they break into vacant apartments and town homes to smoke and party and the office does nothing. They don't tell you when they are about to shut off the water or the power until THE DAY OF! Which if I'm correct is against the renters laws. I knew this complex was a horrible place in the past but they just slapped a gentrified band-aid on this place and tried to re-brand while continuing to do the same thing they've been doing.
