I had a great experience touring and applying. Everything has gone downhill since. At the time I was told that one of the specials going on was get the second month’s rent free if you toured and applied same day. I did this. We are on month 2 now and yet, somehow I have a balance for rent. I have been trying to reach someone in the office for over a week to handle it. Finally made it into the office during their hours to speak to someone in person and was told, “I’ll have to email my manager to have a conversation about this and confirm that this was listed as a special for you.” So now I guess I’m lying about what I was told. I go home and about 1.5 hours later get an eviction notice on my door because rent wasn’t paid EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD IT WAS FREE. Still can’t get ahold of anyone because the office doesn’t answer the phone. They let AI “virtual assistants” talk to you and keep passing you off so that they can make more excuses to steal your money. I have been nothing but professional with these people and they can’t give me the same respect back. UNPROFESSIONAL. IRRESPONSIBLE. UNCOMMUNICATIVE. GREEDY. That’s all I have to say. I won’t be signing another lease here.

‼️‼️‼️FUTURE TENANTS HEED MY WARNING‼️‼️‼️ I have recently been Apartment shopping in the Cincinnati Area I saw this place online and it had 300 more square feet than every other place for the price. Do not fall for this! We had applied before we visited just to be prepared in case we were really interested in the unit. We were approved. We had an appointment scheduled. We showed up 10 minutes early for our appointment at 10 AM and knocked on the door and we're greeted by a very snotty leasing agent. Her name was Gabrielle. She was awful at her job. She kept speaking to us like we hadn't applied even after we told her listen we've applied and we've been approved. She couldn't answer a single question we had and wouldn't offer us any real information about the unit. We even asked to speak with somebody who may have more information and she insisted she could answer ANY questions we had. She could not. The thing is if the goal was to trick us and sell us a shotty apartment, we already had faith in this place before seeing it. We already had invested money into this place before seeing it. Honestly, if she was just a little bit smarter, they might've tricked us. They couldn't show photos inside of any real unit. The only thing that they'll allow you access to is a very polished townhouse hoping that you'll think that all of the other units could be like that, that is not the case. There were landscapers on site, actively working, which led us to believe That this place is just in a transitional period which is OK and understandable. We walk through the complex and outside of the actual unit that we would be in and the smell of rotten wood and mildew permeated. There were no signs of repairs ongoing or signs of restoration for a unit that is supposed to be available September 9th They were planning on putting us in an abandoned unit with a fresh coat of paint and the idea of that just sickens me. We were still seriously considering it because we were optimistic and blinded by the thought of a new home together. We had the lease in our possession. It took over an hour to read. I've signed leases before I've never seen one like this. Thankfully, after both of us reading through the lease very carefully, I did some more digging into this place in 2023. The property was sued for unsafe and unfit living conditions. It was under different management, but that doesn't mean shit. These people DO NOT care about your quality of life. I'm coming from a small residential area in Ohio to city life and this place scared the crap out of me. It may have been at its best a very nice well-maintained residence, but currently it is run by slumlords who are trying to lock you into a lease. I feel like we dodged a bullet. $300 in application and pet application fees is a small price to pay considering this was almost our first home. Hopefully, we'll have better luck elsewhere.
