  My time here was very stress-free. Whenever I had an issue, the maintenance team was quick to respond and never failed to show up and take care of it. Overall, I had a great experience living here and would definitely recommend it.

  Madison was absolutely wonderful to me today. She gave me my sense of independence back. I can’t really describe my emotions right now. I jumped for JOY. When she said you have been approved. And I did it all by myself. I’m super duper excited. GOD is great… I highly recommend this place and the people are amazing and friendly, respectful and so much more. It’s VERY clean and very spacious. I’m in awe right now. I actually cried lol Thank you so much I feel so alive again… ❤️💯

  Lived here for a year and unfortunately we have had nothing but issues and are still facing issues even after our lease was up. Management is quite unprofessional and we are back in forth with calls constantly trying to get someone to resolve our issues but it seems no one answers the phone or knows how to resolve the issues. The apartments themselves look nice but definitely get used to hearing your neighbors, some bug friends, and having law enforcement show up every 1-2 weeks. Can’t forget when our apartment flooded from no doing of our own, nor the weather and how poorly it was managed. We were never offered anything from ruined rugs and furniture.

  I lived at Verdian for 2 years and I truly loved my apartment. It was perfect for me! I had very few issues but they were always resolved very promptly by maintenance staff. I ended up moving somewhere else and it was so hard to say goodbye. Verdian Apartments are great!
