  Horrible place to live, stay away. Basically a useless front office, they were never there in the office. No issues inside the apartment were ever addressed including ants invading the living room and kitchen. And a bird was leaving feces on the stairs to enter and exit the apartment. That took six months to be addressed and the feces was never cleaned up after the bird was removed. No maintenance on anything ever. We left the place in a great condition moving out and didn’t receive our deposit back. We complained about that and they tried to charge us more after being moved out for 3 months. Which will not be paying due to the laws they apparently don’t know. They only have 30 days to do that. State law and the lease agreement say this. This place is a terrible place to live. Don’t move here. EVER. If zero or negative stars where available here -10 is my review

  I am a former resident whose lease ended in March. I left the apartment in impeccable condition—arguably in better shape than when we moved in. Despite this, my security deposit was not returned due to alleged carpet issues. This is confusing, as I was explicitly told at move-in that new carpet is installed after every tenant. I also took extensive photos at move-out, which show only a few minor stains and no other issues whatsoever. We were truly model tenants. In contrast, there were several unresolved maintenance concerns during our tenancy. For the first six to seven months, there was an ongoing pigeon issue in the hallway that took months to address. Even on the day we moved out, bird feces were still present on the steps and railing. We also reported an ant problem—although we received an initial response, there was never any follow-up. Additionally, the furnace filter was never replaced during our entire year-long lease. Sent this email to several executives at Veridian to get absolutely no reply!! Not worth it, stay away!!

  Very expensive always adding rent not thinking about people situations no amenities you have to pay for everything not even a pool, it’s new and clean but nothing special with all the money spent they should think about people and do a fare rent there is some single mom’s trying to make it When we move they said 1600$ then they added 70$ then next lease it was 1810$

  Move in and maintenance have been great! We love our new apartment along with the kind management and community! Everyone has been prompt in their responses and shows genuine concern about any questions we have. Excited to call Veridian home!
