  Lived here for 1.5 years, have been great tenants keeping our unit in good condition and causing no disturbances. The management of this property is corrupt and just looking for a cash grab at any given opportunity. Moving out has been a nightmare as we shortly missed the 60 day window for notice of vacancy, which has somehow led to INSANE fees of triple rent for our last month charges which the lease did not state in the provision. The lease only mentions that there is a fee upon moving out if you fail to give a full 60 days notice which is fair and understandable. But fails to mention that the fee is double your rent on top of your last months rent. The leasing office did not reach out to us ONCE to give us a heads up that we were coming close to our 60 day deadline or give any forewarning. But they were quick to throw all the charges at us afterwards. I think it’s unreasonable that whether you given them 59 days notice of vacancy or 1 day notice of vacancy, the fee is not prorated and they will not negotiate at all. They will charge you thousands of dollars right off the rip and claim that you have 15 DAYS to pay it?? On top of that, add on an automatic extra $150 for carpet cleaning fees plus any other cleaning fees they will throw at you after inspection. Please do your research on A.R. Building Co (the company that owns Timber Trails) because we wish we did. There are many other tenants that have had the same problems with getting hit with crazy gauged fees upon moving out. Anyways, as for the experience living here for the past 1.5 years, it wasn’t completely awful. The amenities are slim to none as the pool has yet to open up in the middle of June and the gym is the size of a bedroom with only a few pieces of equipment. We also had several HVAC problems during our time here with the heat breaking during the winter, where we had to go 2-3 weeks with no heat and our thermostat below 60 degrees with no compensation or discount for our rent. Then the AC broke in the summer too which was less miserable but still no discounted rent. Lastly, even though this complex is supposed to be “smoke-free”, they don’t actually enforce those rules and our building has been smelling like marijuana and cigarettes for several months due to neighbor tenants. Anyways, I’m not a Karen I swear.. just a broke college student getting scammed by slumlords and reasonably upset. Hopefully this review can save somebody else!

  This place or new management has lost it my daughter was informed she has to pay them 75 for water filtration system for her apartment or she can call out a company to do and was informed that’s her faucet are pushing out dirty water not sure why this would be something she pays and wait if she renews lease they will be charged for parking pass this place is already charging top dollar for half working fenced in property please please beware if women or home alone they will enter your home Reconsider if you are looking here

  I dont understand how this place gets any less than 5 stars. These people have been wonderful to me my whole experience here. Theres been a few managers since I've live here but I have to say whole heartedly that Naya and Antoine are as good as it gets when it comes to taking care of the renter in my experience. I truly cant express enough my gratitude and appreciate for those two in the office. They're one of a kind people that care and thats a hard to come by nowadays. Timber trails whatever youre paying them its not enough they are truly exceptional. Thank you both for all you've done to make my experience with this property as good as it gets. Thank you again
