  I contacted the office, and I was forced out by the manager. She even opened the door to make me leave the office, despite me being a tenant who has paid and committed to the place. They consistently delay maintenance, and there are issues that have not been fixed since January. The manager’s behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional. The office has been officially notified that if the maintenance is not completed within one month from today, we will vacate the property without any financial obligations, due to their failure to fulfill maintenance responsibilities. I would like to reiterate that the manager’s conduct was unacceptable, and that I was asked to leave the office by her. I also want to highlight that their treatment was excellent before I signed the contract, but after securing my tenancy, their behavior changed from the best to the worst.

  Generally a good place to live. Has onsite parking that is very convenient. Some property maintenance issues but to be expected in such a large community. Madi and her team do a great job to help when you do run into problems though!!

  Stetson Square is in a very convenient location and has many amenities! The staff does a great job at cultivating a warm, inviting community. Madi was helpful in the move-in process, and Alli is always helpful with renting out different amenities! Sometimes the doorstep trash service is hit or miss, but it is through a third-party. Overall, we have truly enjoyed our experience living here!

  Stetson is generally a satisfactory place to live. There are some fall throughs that I feel like are common in large apartment complexes. There has been issues with trash collection around the premises and the dumpster area. Madi is extremely helpful and friendly though! The staff are receptive to requests and complaints and try to provide solutions! They try to engage residents through various events. I adore my current floor plan with the loft, it’s very cool! The pool is also great!

  I have been living here for 2 years and overall have enjoyed it. Management, particularly Madi is always helpful. If you put it a maintenance request it generally gets done quickly. I really like my apartment and the storage space. It’s unfortunate sometimes the amenities or general areas (spaces near the office, coffee bar area, etc.) are not available on weekends or often in the evening. This didn’t bother me but may affect other people.
